I waited 30 minutes in a zoom virtual waiting room and all the while the host was in the room but he wouldn’t let me in.

When he showed up at the end of the meeting time, I told him he was supposed to be there 30 minutes ago and he apologized and blamed company policy that required him to see 2 other customers in that 30-minute window.

Even if that were true, he only took 5 minutes to inspect my vehicle. So conceivably, was he seeing 5 other people in that 30 minute window?

I walked down to the zoom meeting room at my appointment start time and waited 30 minutes until the end of my appointment window. The inspector never joined the meeting or messaged me to let me know they’ll be running late.

This service wasted my time and was very disappointing.

Don’t waste your money. The whole experience is doing business with Pre-Schoolers. Then after going through the sham of an inspection, you have to call, text, and email to get the completed form. Can’t get anybody on the phone. They say they have sent you the form but haven’t. You send links that say click on to access your form. All it was was my email address? It’s a joke.

After passing the inspection and paying for the form it's been 24+ hours and still no link to retrieve it. Called their support number and left voicemail, texted the number, as well as emailed them and still no response. Do not waste your time or money!

If I could give no stars or negative stars I would... They never showed. I emailed texted the number on the site and called several times. All I got was their voicemail and of coarse no response or acknowledgement whatsoever. Don't waste your time. This whole set up is supposed to help save time hassle free. Whatever. Completely the opposite.

Lyft does not accept their inspection. They will deliberately lie to you just to sell their service

Bunch of scammers. Uber is NOT accepting inspections from rideshare mechanic. But they won't tell you that.

Uber will not accept and they do not refund. A fraud.

While I love this idea, Uber wouldn’t accept this as an actual inspection. So basically I paid $50 for no reason. Don’t waste your money!

Honestly, I don't see the need of remote inspection. What kind of safety inspection without checking vehicle brakes. Brakes is the most critical safety componentin my openion. For 39.99$? It's a rip off. I basically just paid for the document. Next day, I saw a shop 5 minutes from me for $7

Was trying to get an online Uber inspection. Scheduled an appointment through their website. I didn't receive any kind of confirmation email. Then the appointment time came and went, no call or notification. Their website mentions you can text "Immediate" to a certain phone number to get an immediate inspection done. I did this, and 20 minutes later still nothing. It seems this website/company are garbage. I won't be able to start doing my Uber job as planned after all.
