Great Service all round. I go to the Bournemouth store all the time and the service is fab. It's just as good in internet purchases. Thank you Lee for packing and dispatching my order - it's wrapped that well it's gone straight under the Christmas tree as it is :-)

I had never heard of Richmond classics, but needed a certain top for a present. They cam up in my Internet search, they dealt with my order so promptly, I will definitely use them again

Purchased a Vivienne Westwood bracelet for my daughter for Xmas. Had a couple of queries about the item and Melissa (customer services) could not have been more helpful. Placed the order late afternoon and the bracelet was in my hand by 10.00am the next morning. ordered my son a Dench tshiirt for Christmas which arrived good and fast, and included a 'jd' style bag - happy days!

Excellent!!!! Item was out of stock, but I was informed when it was back in stock, ordered- and next day delivery!! Will get a few brownie points when the wife opens her Xmas present!!!

Orders have to be placed before 11am to be received next day, seems very early to me

I searched for so long to find this sexy bomber jacket from Boy London and now? I found it in the Richmond Classic online store. Jackpot. The order just takes 4 days to come to Germany. Great team, awesome clothes, good brands and fast process.

I was delighted that the bag i wanted was in stock, slightly cheaper than elsewhere and next day delivery was free. An absolute winner!! I placed the order at lunchtime then was notified that the payment had been received. By mid afternoon I was notified it had been dispatched. A little later I was notified by email and text that it would be delivered the next day with the option of changing the day if i wanted. The next day i was given the delivery time slot.
It is my first experience of this site and i would definitely shop here again and would not hesitate to recommend the site to others. Excellent !
