Amazing friendly staff member mike at York store. Highly knowledgeable,no hard sell,couldn't fault

I've used Richer Sounds previously and they were my first port of call when looking to replace my ageing television. I was given good advice, no pressure sales tactics and was left alone until I was ready to buy. Once bought, the TV was delivered ahead of schedule. I fully recommend Richer Sounds for their product expertise, advice and prompt delivery. The extended warranty is good too!

Purchased a Marantz CD player from your York store which was delivered a couple of days later. In setting it up discovered it was faulty,CD tray wouldn't go back into the machine. Rang the store who arranged a replacement immediately and am now in possession of a fully functional CD player having had the faulty one collected.This was all done within a week and I was more than happy with the service provided and will certainly continue to use Richer Sounds in the future for your excellent customer service, which is a real point of difference these days,and great choice of product. Keep up the good work!

Brilliant customer service. Staff found the best deal for the TV that I wanted by price matching, and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery service was very smooth and they communicated well. They came an hour earlier than scheduled but that suited me, and I’m sure if it hadn’t they would have come at the allocated time (it was towards the end of the day.) It was delivered with care and they checked that I was happy with it. They put it in the room of my choice, too. Overall, an excellent experience.

Ordered a CD player and it was delivered swiftly to the store. The product is exactly what we were looking for.Every member of staff we have dealt with in the York store have been knowledgeable, polite and very helpful.

Went to the York with a set idea of what I wanted.
After browsing for a short while I was approached by Arron who asked what I was looking for, after telling him what I had in mind he asked a few questions and advised me what would be better for me, saving me a considerable amount of money.
Talked me through how to set up the tone arm and system.
All delivered to my home within two days, all set up and sounds amazing.

I am 88 years old living through the times when you could expect retailers to give a service not normally found today.
What a pleasant supprise when I went into the York store to find it staffed by enthusiastic experts patient enough to spend time with and advise a not too tech savvy oldie. Such a change from ill informed poorly trained staff so often encountered today.
Would recomend their services to anyone

Had a few issues with the website and Visa but Arron sorted it all out. Nice friendly service and we got it resolved. My order arrived on Monday and is fantastic. Just what I wanted at a brilliant price.

I always purchase tvs from Richer sounds. The staff are always knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and supportive. They are not pushy, listen to what you want and always give the best advice. I normally purchase my tvs from the Hull branch but found myself in the York one on this occasion and the staff there were just as helpful and informative. I went on to purchase my new tv at a very reasonable price and had it delivered free of charge only a couple of days later. The delivery drivers kept us updated on their expected arrival an were even slightly ahead of schedule. Would not hesitate to recommend Richer sounds to anyone who may be looking for a new audio/visual product.
