Great customer service and helped a lot with our enquiries! Was looking around for months for the best deal & found it here!

Knowledgeable and helpful advice in the Tunbridge Wells store.
We made our purchase in the week of Black Friday and were told that if the prices of our TV and soundbar dropped further on Black Friday, we would be refunded the difference. This then happened and the Richer sounds team did not hesitate to make arrangements for the refund. I guess this should not be a surprise but I was half expecting there to be a small print reason why this would not happen - so many thanks to the Richer Sounds team.

Superb helpful and friendly service

Although still finishing up something the assistant acknowledged us as soon as we walked in and said he’d be with us shortly, a refreshing change to the lack of acknowledgement received in most places. Really helpful and actually connected the song I wanted to hear through the speaker. I decided to buy the speaker and was told there was a few days delivery lead in, which wasn’t a problem as it was my Christmas present. As it turned out there was one in stock which we left with. Great customer service

The staff in the Tunbridge Wells shop were fantastic on both my visits. Knowledgeable and helpful, giving great advice to a novice in the hifi world without once being condescending or trying to sell me something I didn't need. A delivery issue was also sorted out really quickly.

The purchase process was very quick and next day free delivery to my local store exceptional.
As usual in store service and experience was fabulous - this is the same no matter how much you are spending or even just after advice.
What can I say about the turntable, it’s amazing with clear quality, good build quality and came with a 6yr warranty.

Have used Richer Sounds in the past for buying electronic equipment and have been very satisfied with their speed of service. My latest purchase, a Sony 8 TV was also dispatched very quickly by an excellent delivery service.

Excellent customer focus, value and quality! I’ve never used Richer Sounds before, but I certainly will be in future. I bought all the kit from them to set up a home cinema system which required them helping me a lot to get things right. Their customer service is exemplary across all staff I spoke to. The products were of high quality and priced extremely competitively. Nothing was too much trouble and they supported me way above and beyond what I’ve come to expect these days! We were looking to purchase a new system with streaming function and quality speakers. We were given individual attention at a level that we could understand and so much time too. We made a purchase, the goods were with us the following day and a quick phone call answered a couple of questions we had regarding setup.

We are now enjoying the new system which is everything we hoped for and more!
