Great serivce at the Southampton…
Great serivce at the Southampton branch, the staff are so friendly and can't be more accomodating.
The products they sell they stand by and I felt at ease talking through the options. They didn't push for a specific sale either, just made sure I was making the right choice and I felt I had the opportunity to test and be satisified myself that I made the right choice.
It's always good to feel like I'm supporting my local store as well.

Richer Sounds listened to our requirement for speakers to replace our thirty year old ones and suggested several options, one of which we purchased at a very reasonable price and we have been very pleased with them. Ben was extremely helpful and Dexter was an impressive support.

Can I say what a wonderful experience, I didn’t want to leave the store the staff were great had a lovely time. The thing about richer sounds staff is they don’t push you into buying something you don’t want. There really helpful and cheery. Long live richer sounds.

Fitueyes Eiffel Audio Rack V2…
I bought a Fitueyes Eiffel Audio Rack V2 in walnut for my new Hi-Fi system online from Richer Sounds. It was delivered the following day in good condition. It took a bit longer to put together than I expected but everything fitted together very well. It provides a stable base for my Hi-Fi separates and is a well made and good looking piece of furniture.
