Song Bravia 32 inch tv
Good picture and nice interface on Android TV, I mainly use the TV through my BT box... My only gripe is the sound is a bit thin and lacking had to alter the bass and treble to get better sound but doesn't compare to the 20 year old Samsung of same size 32 inch tv... Love the fact that Richer Sounds offers 6 year warranty on this model and after calling the Sheffield shop the sales assistant did price match with competeter then under cut that price by another £10...The buying experience with Richer Sounds is good

Modern TVs are much slimmer in design, which can sometimes limit the depth and richness of the built-in speakers compared to older models. Good in store but delivery poor
The in store staff are very good but the delivery companies are well below average communication was poor & the next day delivery was cancelled on the morning of the delivery staff hung up when asked for a delivery time

Whilst delivery issues can occasionally happen, in this case the delivery was cancelled due to the stock not being loaded as scheduled, we expect more from the couriers that represent us, and it’s clear this fell below the standard, particularly given the rescheduling that followed.
I can see the delivery was ultimately completed a few days later and, alongside raising this with our delivery partner, I understand our customer service team have since been in touch with to resolve the situation.

I was of course concerned to read your feedback and have since urgently investigated. I understand that at the time of purchase, the item was out of stock and placed on order for you, as such we should absolutely have kept you updated proactively and I’m really sorry you didn’t receive a clear update since your order was placed less than a fortnight ago.

Superb service
I was guided to the TVs that I was interested in over the phone to your Sheffield office confirming stocks and price. Despite myself accidentally ordering the wrong product code number initially after a further phone call this was quickly corrected. This required a new shipment to be prepared which was done without fuss. The TV I wanted arriving the next morning.

Excellent service all round from the initial phone call to the prompt delivery.
Olli was superb and very helpful - placed an order straight away with him and it was delivered the next day.
The price of my LG TV was very competitive, plus a 6-year warranty - thanks!!

Polite, helpful, knew his stuff. Richer Sounds 6 year warranty worked well for us - about 6 weeks before the end of it, our tv developed a fault that wasn't repairable, so we had money from the warranty to put towards a new tv from Richer Sounds. Very pleased with this service!
