We spent quite a lot of time with Paul from the Middlesbrough branch getting advice about choosing a TV. He was patient and happy to turn the shop lights off to get a better idea of reflection and picture quality, explaining all the options for us. We opted for an LG C5 which we are very happy with. He had to order it in and it was with us in less than 24 hours....brilliant service...

Very helpfully tele sales initially who told me they didn't have the item I wanted in stock but that I could phone one of their shops direct who still had the product and order from them. Called the store in Middleburgh, very helpful and order was placed in 5 minutes and item delivered.

Great service from initial enquiry to receiving my purchase. Was initially going to have item delivered to nearest store to collect, but was offered free next day delivery to my home address saving me 40 mile round trip. Also price as VIP member saved.

Hi there ,,I went to richer sounds to buy my new blu ray dvd player ,,as usual ,,I got top notch service ,,,they went out of there way to make sure ,I got the service that I wanted ,,,,,if you ever need anything like TVS ,,dvd players or things like that,,,you should go to richer sounds,,,there service can't be bettered

Looked online and found prices for an Arcam CD5 player.Richer sounds not the cheapest but I was aware of there price match/beat policy so followed instructions to contact them. Excellent response within 15 mins with great price.I wanted to keep business on the High street as opposed to online. I got a deal done and picked up player 3 days later .Well done to Shaun.
