Trav and Paul were brilliant, got my 85 inch tv in the house exactly where I wanted it. Said If I ever had any issues with it to contact them and were polite and efficient, giving notice before they arrived via a quick call.

I had great advice from the Cheltenham…
I had great advice from the Cheltenham store for a previous piece of equipment I bought from them 10 years ago. So I rang and asked for advice about a new TV I was after. I spoke to Jason who gave me great service so I bought the tv from them. Jason arranged for it to be delivered to my home a couple of days later. Unlike some other companies, the tv did arrive in 2 days and the couriers, Zak and Ian, did contact me with a delivery window and did call 15 minutes or so before the delivery. Everything promised happened. Simple.
To quote a well- known phrase: I will be back. Thank you Richer Sounds Cheltenham.

Got a next day delivery service without paying the extra, got clear, full communication. Driver & mate were cheerful, nice professional people. Brought the TV into my house and placed it exactly where I asked. Couldn't ask for better. Thank you Gareth & Mark :)

Great communication, rapid delivery
I ordered a LG G5 TV and Samsung Q900F soundbar/theatre system late on the Saturday. Confirmed delivery for the following Tuesday, but was then delighted to discover, on the Sunday, that Richer Sounds had managed to pull that order forward to the Monday.
From there, it was really great communications and the delivery arrived on time without issue.
Karol and Paul were really friendly, professional, and helpful - offering advice regarding the set up.
I would definitely order from Richer Sounds again - and the delivery service was about as good as I've experienced.
