The staff were great. I was after specific options with a new TV. Rosie was able to both demonstrate and explain the options. Delivery was on time. I returned to the shop with a problem, fitting the stand to the TV. It was resolved by the staff. Thanks

The knowledge shared with and the personal attention given to me to help me choose was great! I was replacing an old surround-sound system designed for a different-shaped room and Charlie identified the configuration implications. Joe went on to install and balance everything to deliver a very satisfying solution.

The Staff at Brighton were very helpful and professional. Special mention goes to Nik making sure I was satisfied with my purchases. I now have a fantastic TV and Sonos sound system.

Staff member was knowledgeable enough. Even though the particular tv model wasn't on site we compared similar quality models (LED/OLED etc). Organised preferred delivery without fuss, offered to check type of wall mount needed. Nice manner, gave me time and space to explore what to buy and different options.

Whenever I have phoned the store to ask any questions I have always found the calls were answered promptly and the best advice given.

Sales etc great,but at age 87 I am now with two T V s and I don’t understand the key pads.I need sub titles but with the LG where.??I feel quite depressed when I should be pleased.The engineer was ok if I had been young and experienced with gadgets.

Jay answered my query really quickly with helpful advice and even including photographs so that I could understand. The connecting cable I needed was ready for me to collect that day with clear instructions on what I had to do. Have bought several pieces of gear from RS in the past. On this occasion, it was part of a desktop audio setup. Pre-amp and a second Class D amplifier, so I could bi-amp my pc sound.
Missed the Prime day discounts buy a few days, but was able to secure a price that was only a few pounds different from the Prime day sale.
The staff at RS Brighton always provide exceptional customer service, and demonstrate a deeper knowledge about the gear they sell that puts many other businesses to shame.
Will always go to RS for big (and now even small) av purchases.
Their fully refundable 6 year warranty is hard to beat too.

All items delivered the following day, which was a day before the suggested delivery date.
Will buy from again.

I contacted Richer Sounds for help & advice, & spoke with Rosie. She was excellent. Great advice & arranged a delivery that came the next day. The sound bar is great, with excellent sound & features. My problem has been solved & I'm very happy, thanks to Rosie!
