Arrived well within the notified time slot. We’re in very good condition and securely and carefully packed. They were considerately handled by the carrier. They were ready to be planted on arrival.

Plants were tiny and very very expensive. Will not be buying from them ever again. My local garden centre is much better value. Feel I have been done.

I bought some poppy seeds that I couldn't get anywhere else. I can't give a review as I haven't planted them yet.

Soil enhancer and potting compost arrived quickly. No issue with the items I bought however they were delivered on a large wooden pallet and the delivery driver couldn’t deliver them to the side of the garage as requested because of gravel and his trolley wouldn’t work on this surface. So I got a work out (I’m 65 and haven’t been to a gym in quite a few years) moving 10x50l and 5x20l bags about 20 feet from the drive (so that our cars could get in and out) and then had to manoeuvre the wooden pallet (as the driver said they didn’t take them away) - had I known this would have been a problem I would have sourced the product elsewhere. I still have to get rid of the pallet
Which is a little annoying .

I just didn't think the plants were 100%.

Very good quality plants arrived looking very healthy and well watered. Only slight disappointment was the time it took to deliver. I appreciate you email when dispatched but maybe a brief email if it is delayed would make all the difference. But it was worth the wait.

Have received my very quickly and was very happy with my purchase they are doing really well and look really good

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong plant. When the re-ordered plant arrived it looked more dead than alive. I straight away repotted it and hopefully it will recover.

Plants we received were of poor quality. No leaves at all, dead brown stems.
Contacted customer services who promptly arranged replacements unfortunately these were exactly the same.
I cannot fault RHS customer service who then issued a full refund. I was just disappointed as have ordered many plants from RHS over the years and all have been of the highest quality.
