Placed order online on Monday 7th…
Placed order online on Monday 7th February 2022 , note on screen says product, “ may have to be made to order” following purchase and being charged for “next day delivery “ an email confirmed that the product had been dispatched. Called today 10th of February 2922 to be told it was definitely made to order and that the email confirmation of dispatch was only a generic email!
Poor attitude of telephone operator and no apology! I could have bought the products elsewhere as it was required this week.
