I had to place a rush order, and the email team was incredibly helpful and responsive in making it happen.

The packaging was amazing (I know weird but it counts) everything came beautifully presented in satin bags, which made the product feel extra special. The items themselves looked amazing and were absolutely worth the money.

I spoke with someone on buying a custom order, when I tried to place the order the link expired so I reached out SEVEAL times to try and get a new link. When I finally got a link the link didn’t work. I sent an email saying it didn’t work and no one even bothered to respond or help me. I ended up having to go in another direction. Terrible customer service and I will be making a TikTok about my experience.

Everything, from chatting with the team to fast shipping and refunding when out of stock went smoothly! The set was so so sparkly and pretty, only qualm is that the Serena doesn’t fit so well against the skin so I wish I got the blossom instead. Also one of the pieces broke right away/ was broken (a poorly glued or attached segment on the bikini top, so it doesn’t fit that well anymore :/). Beautiful pieces though. Less coverage and surface area than expected. Still seems like some of the best on the online rhinestone lingerie market. 💗

If I could I’d rate them a zero. I waited more than the “12 business days” to write them an email regarding my order( that they had not shipped). First reply was that they were working on it and it would be shipped out in a few days since it had only been a few days over their promise to ship out at the latest in 12 business days( I guess saturdays don’t count). Almost a full month after I paid for the item did they send out a shipping notification and then immediately canceled it( I tried tracking it) the label was created but not picked up. They then emailed me that they had to cancel my order due to it being damaged by the mail courier. I emailed them back twice to see if they could still ship out another order and expedite it. No apology no anything they simply said the refund had been issued and that was that. I still haven’t seen the refund on my account hopefully it’ll appear in the next few days.

Company! Avoid at all cost.I ordered 4 items for a concert that was September 21st. I ordered these items august 14th. It is the 16th of October and I have not received anything. I emailed half way through and told I have to wait 30 days from shipping date to get a refund. I emailed again at 30 days and was refunded for 3 items but not the 4th. You not only have to reach out repeatedly, the business is unhelpful and unprofessional. Now I’m being told to go through my postal service for the remaining item I’m assuming. This place is awful, I regret ordering here and urge you don’t either if you don’t receive your items at all or any reasonable time. The business also does not take responsibility and it most definitely should for crazy shipping issues. Use a more reliable shipper, it’s definitely you’re responsibility.

It was a wonderful experience to have a day tour of the city of dubai. Mr.Munir was our guide for the day and provided a very good insight on te city.Request from the company to send Him on 18th October for Abu Dhabi city tour and ferrari world

i wish i read reviews before ordering because this website is a total scam. i will be warning others never to purchase from this site. customer service is a joke. had to send multiple emails saying my order has not arrived to finally get a response only to be told it was “delivered” but has not been. still waiting for my order when i placed it at the beginning of december 2021. it’s now mid jan 2022. i asked for it to be cancelled as i needed it for a shoot weeks ago and was told it cannot be? so paid for an order i never got.. lovely.

The wreath I received was the size of a plate with a few skimpy leaves. Total rip-off! DO NOT PURCHASE!

This company is a total ripoff. They say wait 10-15 days - I have waited for over 2 months. Horrible company to deal with. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
