Unexplained Deduction of Over 1000 Coins – No Response from Support
I am बेहद disappointed with my experience on Coinpayu.
More than 1000 coins were suddenly reversed from my account without any prior notice or explanation. I have always followed the platform’s rules and earned my coins honestly through consistent effort.
I immediately contacted their support team to seek clarification, but unfortunately, I have not received any response so far. This lack of communication and transparency is highly concerning and unprofessional.
Such actions damage user trust, especially when there is no clear reason provided for deducting earned rewards. I request Coinpayu to urgently review my account activity, explain the reason for this deduction, and restore my coins if this was done in error.
I hope this review encourages the company to take user concerns seriously and respond promptly.

These are unethical tactics targeting the needy. I am leaving for good and will expose these practices to warn others from the same unfortunate experience. I had a review removed for no apparent reason, which I found unbelievable, as I was sure they removed my second review due to a negative experience I had on several survey sites, and this one was the same. But they removed the first one, which was positive... so there was no conspiracy theory... even so, I feel obligated to report it. If it had been a negative review, I would have reported it anyway. Regarding the site, my perception hasn't changed much; it's above average, but it remains the same. The highest rating I can give a survey site is 3/5. It takes a long time to accumulate enough money to withdraw, the amount is still low, and you spend a lot of time answering surveys, often only to be rejected at the end, or, if you're lucky, in the middle of the survey. And woe betide you if you don't record a video or take a screenshot at the end of each survey to prove that you actually completed it and that you simply weren't paid.
