Very clear what you have to do,quick and easy

I had an issue with a B&Q gift card purchased through Reward Gateway. The problem was that some products on the B&Q website are sold by third-party sellers, similar to how Amazon Marketplace works, and the gift card could not be used for those items.

While this information was included in the offer details, I felt it wasn't particularly clear when making the purchase and was easy to miss. As a result, I ended up with a gift card that I couldn't use for the item I wanted.

I contacted Reward Gateway and was assisted by Spas, who was professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful throughout. Although the situation fell outside of the normal policy, he took the time to review the circumstances, arranged for the gift card to be cancelled as an exception, and processed a refund.

The resolution was fair, communication was excellent, and I really appreciated the effort made to help.

It's refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely wants to help and keeps you informed every step of the way. A great example of customer service done properly.
