No credit card, no problem
Making a credit card is a pain in the ass right now but they are letting you encash your pending balance through other vouchers and crypto. Appreciate the recourse and transparency!

Unfortunately, I find this situation unacceptable. Limiting access to a core feature like card creation due to availability issues reflects poor service on your end. It is not the customer’s responsibility to deal with these limitations or to repeatedly check for availability.
I chose your service based on the expectation that it would function as promised. Since that is clearly not the case, I will no longer be using your platform, nor will I recommend it to others.
If you are unable to reliably provide the service you advertise, then it would be more appropriate to suspend it until you can meet those expectations.

This is not intended to inconvenience our customers, but rather a result of external supply and technical limitations that affect the provisioning of new cards. One of the Greatest Websites Ever
I run a small business and in order for me to run payments through sometimes i need to use giftcards because some people arent in the US and cant use cashapp or other payment methods so this rewarble thing helps me out a ton

Im buy for them often Very often virtual prepaids credit card and always is some problems with this cards
They add in site new virtual cards im toped my virtual cards called EVI card
After 2 weeks they stop offering this card on site and im have card with 63$ balance on it with status PAUZE
and they even not return balance from this card to main rewarble balance
Next they offered now 2 new virtual cards Qpay Mastercard and Qpay VISA
On Qpay visa they write card work on gpay - NO NOT WORK fake describtions ( not first time )
site take around 10% to 13% fee for they virtual cards and cant even write true about their product work om gpay or not corect.
Im write in last 7 days 2 emails with request transfer my balance from old not supported card to main accont but THEY NOT ANSWERING TO CUSTOMERS MESSAGES OR AILS

Regarding the EVI card, due to the changes within the card provider, the card program is cancelled and is no longer supported. Balances on such cards are not intended to be lost, but they do require coordination with the card issuer. We are actively working on these cases and are in communication with the card issuers to address remaining balances and determine the resolution process.
Concerning the QPay cards and Google Pay compatibility, we appreciate you pointing this out. Availability of features like Google Pay can depend on multiple factors (region, issuer, and technical support), and currently the QPay card is not supported on Google Pay. We acknowledge that this may not always match expectations. Your feedback will be shared internally to improve clarity in our product descriptions.
We also appreciate the patience for the delay in responses to your emails as the higher volumes may causing slower replies, but this is not the level of service we aim to provide.

Wish i could put 0 stars. I have put money into them but if you see this review, please do not ever put money into their site and buy any cards because you will lose it. Good thing is i only lost 64 aud compared to some people that invested hundreds and thousands into this platform and have not got their money back for months. They also have no people working for them, no support at all no one is responding. Hopefully they get sued and be bankrupt
