This company requires you to sign up for a subscription for regular delivery yet was unable to deliver their product to me on time or still frozen. So instead of getting superfoods smoothies made from fresh ingredients I received something that would make me sick (twice). After trying for almost two months I discontinued my account. Having to do that by phone is a hassle and unnecessary.

BEWARE.. When you purchase they charge you WEEKLY and thats hidden in the terms and condition which I found out after they charged me multi times while I was out of town. When you go into their back office to cancel they say you cant cancel there you must call a number then you call the number and say you need to email them... THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU EVEN THOUGH I WAS OUT OF TOWN FROM MY MOTHERS PASSING. Who does business like this... TERRIBLE

I placed an order with a promotion . A day after I received my order my account was debited for the next order. I did not like the taste of it. I thought I was one and done till I saw my account. I spoke to Jennifer and explained my situation. She was able to refund my money and cancel my order. She was very courteous and understanding. I am very happy with the outcome.

This service is super convenient for those on the go. Also a great way to incorporate a variety of superfoods into your diet without having to put thought and effort into prioritizing your health

1st order arrived damaged. Several items leaked leaving them all covered in protein powder and sticky. After not being able to access my account the 2nd order closed before I could make changes. Now it’s so many hoops to jump through to cancel. Save your money and go to daily harvest

Already had an encounter with their customer service and found them fast and helpful. The box came when it said it would and was well packed. I haven't dealt with the subscription portion of it yet but I really wish no one ever would use that model, ever.

They do not guarantee their product. Will not give a refund. I got absolutely nothing for my money and they know by their records I did not receive my purchase. Still no refund and no answers other than its lost in transit. Its been ongoing for a month now and they wont even answer my emails.

It’s great when you want something healthy and quick.

I just wanted to try the product and before I realized that I had joined a subscription, I had 3 boxes delivered to my house. I cancelled my subscription right away a couple of weeks ago. I just got an email that they’re delivering another box that was on back order. I asked them to cancel it and they said it was too late but they haven’t shipped it yet. I’m very frustrated with the whole experience! The shakes are mediocre at best.

Ordered a 21 package just to test the company out. 2 DAYS, literally days later they charge me another $180 for the next subscription. It’s been 2 days, why would they think i need a renewal so soon? I also wasn’t even expecting it to be a subscription… I thought it was just a one time order.

Avoid this company. I contacted customer service literally 5 mins after I saw the charge and they said they can’t refund due to the order being processed. It’s a weekend… what are you processing???

Please avoid, and watch out who you give your credit card information to.

Terrible customer service and cancellation policy. Mediocre food.

I had no luck cancelling my box, only putting it "On hold" so the boxes keep coming and my credit card keeps getting charged.

Very shady business that prefers to deal with chargebacks rather than create a product people actually want.

I really love the different flavours and how easy it has made my mornings! The cups are just great for being on the go and it has just streamlined my mornings and days and overall routine.

I had to start a subscription when I signed up rather than just try a box and decide after trying it if I wanted to subscribe. This meant I had to skip several deliveries as I tried the first box. For whatever reason they charged me and sent me a box I had marked as skipped. I also had to call to cancel my subscription after going through the app steps so it was a waste of time. The smoothies tasted okay, I wasn’t super impressed. I still prefer Daily Harvest even though they cost a little more.

I thought I was ordering one time to try the product and bought a month's supply, and was surprised when a week later I had another order sent at full price which is profoundly expensive - close to $200.

... and I have no freezer space for all the shakes.

Then to cancel have to call.

This is ridiculous!

Love these healthy smoothies and would recommend to anyone!

I have never had a problem and have been a customer for years now. I love these smoothies as part of a quick and easy breakfast for my kids!

Terrible customer service. No where during my purchase did it say I’d be signed up for weekly deliveries. I received a second delivery and was stunned, the same day I tried to cancel online, and that wasn’t an option. I had to wait until the next day to call during their opening hours and found out I got charged for a third delivery! Though the charge was just processed that morning the company refused to cancel it even though the delivery wasn’t planned until next week. The only option they’d provide me is to put the box on hold but they still wouldn’t refund me.

I am a big fan of smoothies and their products are pretty good but the main issue which is a big one is you have to call them to be able to cancel your subscription. I have tried few times and it's taking forever to be able to talk to a representative. That's very sad because they have nice products and the customer service is terrible and they are only interested by your money

I have received two orders from this company. The first one arrived where it had obviously been thawed and refrozen thought maybe that was just a one time thing. Unfortunately my second order was the same one big frozen lump that I actually had to cut the cup in order to get the ingredients out Other than the mango. The other flavors are absolutely horrible. I have canceled. I’ve heard a lot of people have had a problem with canceling. I’m hoping this won’t be the case for me. I would definitely not recommend this company the smoothies don’t look anything like the ones they advertise and as I mentioned, the flavor is just not there.
