Didn’t get my full order and was late so asked for refund , sent the products back about 6 months ago , still waiting for refund after sending emails

I’ve ordered 3 times from RetroSoccerKits and am currently looking at placing another order. Don’t be distracted by the 2 week delivery turnaround, my orders have always arrived when the seller has advised they would, and in perfect condition!
The quality and detail of the shirts are spot on, even down to the small details as in badges and neck labels.
I’ve tried other suppliers and RetroSoccerKits are the best I’ve used to date, I’m currently looking to place another order soon!
All in all I’d highly recommend this seller!

Absolute joke retro soccer kits saying it will be delivered today and still nothing do not order from these says 4/6 days delivery it’s been 3 weeks now and still nothing!!!
Nope still nothing today I’ve spoken to Royal Mail and it’s in England i live in wales so I can’t give it a birthday present as intended

Too finally arrived toady and was damp and marks all over it don’t not order from these joke off a company!!!!

I cannot find ANY fault with my order from Retrosoccerkits at all. From placing my order through to receiving the shirts, every thing was top class. Communication was fantastic, and the shirts were 100 % top quality. I hope to be ordering from them again soon - just as soon as personal finances allow me to !!!

The first time I ordered it took longer than I expected, however the quality was so good that I’ve gone on to order 3 or 4 more times since then.

The shirt quality is great, arriving in zip locked bags with retro tags attached too. A++

Ordered three shirts on 16th March, no dispatch notification. Did receive a reply to my website contact blaming Royal Mail for not scanning the order.

Update:
The shirts arrived today (03/04/2024) via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

I am old enough to remember the original versions and impressed by the likeness, particularly embroidered logos and branding.

I would plead with Retrosoccerkits to be more open and honest with delivery times and improve communication as this appears to be the recurrent negative theme.

Having now experienced the quality (three different clubs), I will definitely be ordering again (have multiple shirts in my shopping bag). I will temper my delivery expectations accordingly.

I was very frustrated with delivery and sent countless emails , items have finally arrived now and in all fairness the quality of shirts is fantastic , I will definitely use this company again now I’ve seen the quality of the items , hopefully they just sort delivery out and it would be 5 stars

Hi has their website gone ? i received my order but wanted to enquire whether i can change for a bigger size but im unable to find any contact information ?

I ordered 3 tops on the buy 2 get 1 free deal on the 19th March, received an email saying they were dispatched on the 22nd of March but as with a lot of the other reviews here, having checked the royal mail tracking every day since, they still haven't received it. Where is my order? I've been ignored twice via email when queried this. Customer service is not good at all, if not non existent...

***update .. so after being told the shirts would arrive today ..as of 7.30pm they have still NOT been delivered !! And as these are for Easter I am very angry and have a very disappointed child!!****

I ordered 3 shirts on the 18th March..was emailed saying they were dispatched on 19th.. checked royal mail tracking every day since and thats just saying they are expecting it! I have emailed this company and used the contact Us page on the website 3 times over the last few days and not even a reply ! Tge customer service is non excistant!! These were Easter presents and they're obviously not going to be here on time..just wish I had read these reviews before I ordered !! I wouldn't have bothered!!

Literally robbed my partners money, ordered a Newcastle jersey (in stock) said 4-6 days delivery and 2/3 weeks later nothing, totally ignoring all correspondence until a review was written then said it will be here Friday, it’s Good Friday on Friday so no delivery’s then ( I work for Royal Mail delivering parcels)

Obviously ordering copy’s from dh gate then sending as original hence the longer wait than promised whilst allegedly in stock

All this is 100% true, can prove everything that’s been said if needed

Even blocked me on social media now because I’m telling the truth?

All them promise you made on Facebook whilst begging for my honest and truthful review to be taken down have proved false

I’m so thrilled with my 3 West Ham shirts for my son, excellent quality, and the 3 for 2 offer is not to be missed! I will be returning for more kits!

Fast and productive shipping with a wide variety of every shirt you could possibly want, retro or present!

If I could give a zero, I would do so. I have ordered 2 T- shirts and got one free which was £26,68 each on the 13th March 2024. I’ve constantly email this “company” on numerous days about the delivery that I will be going abroad on the 23rd March as they claimed that they will deliver 4-6 days. They eventually emailed back a tracking number for a “peace of mind” on the 19th March which I tracked into the Royal Mail and states that Royal Mail is expecting the item. It’s still shows that Royal Mail is expecting the item from them. I’ve send messages on Instagram and on Facebook as they market themselves very politely on there every day. I’ve also send a message on Messenger and received a message like this “Hi xxxx, So sorry we had not updated your tracking but we have now. Thanks”. Then I tracked again but Royal Mail still shows the same message since the 19th March.
I feel that they are scammers and putting their own good reviews on the Trust Pilot. These scammers must be reported to the police. This isn’t a legit online company and apparently based in in 2nd Floor, College House
