Fraudulent, do not use!
I don’t know where to begin. This website is horrible completely fraudulent and I’m reporting it to the better business Bureau of Canada after this. I had deposited $30. I wagered my deposit which was required in order to withdraw any winnings. I ended up being at $32 with winnings so I went to withdraw it. They cancelled my withdraw and asked for more identifying documents which I uploaded so after I uploaded more identifying documents I started the withdraw procedure again and then when I went to check the status of my withdrawal it said my account was closed. I have emailed support and no one gets back to me. I have the app on my phone and now when I go and check it today it says 404 not found and won’t even load the login page. I’m calling my bank and reporting this is as a fraudulent website as well.
Also something I find funny about all these reviews is that they reply to everything but there’s never any outcome as to what they’re gonna do. It’s just contact customer support everyone on here has contacted customer support and no one gets back to them so I think it’s kind of ridiculous that they’re replying saying contact customer support when they know damn well that’s not the solution. You can read every review on here everyone says that they have contacted them and no one gets back to them. These people should be ashamed of themselves for taking people’s money and lying to everyone. I can’t wait until it’s shut down. The funny thing is is I have about a 37 minute video of a screen recording of myself talking to customer service, showing my withdrawal request and everything. I’ll post an update once I have the outcome from the better business bureau and my bank.

Your account was closed according to the administration decision and no further information can be provided. Sorry.

So my money is gone they closed my account and won’t tell me why it’s closed. This place is a scam and I’m contacting the cyber scam of Canada today and will be contacting legal suppport. Please don’t give these dishonest people any money.
December 29th - To the rep that replied to this review, do your terms and conditions say you are to close accounts and not give a reason then ignore any replies there after? You guys are a scam and I can’t wait until you are shut down and or sued. Karma is real.

This is the worst casino ever. I just deposited 150€ and got a VIP bonus from them. I finally wagered the bonus and i was at 2400€ so i decided to withdraw them. Then the Casino took all my money and gave me my 150€ back and said that I´m not allowed to be more than 5€ in a round. Funfact I only did 50 cents and 1€. I bought some bonuses but ive played on many other casinos and when the active bonus says that you are not allowed to bet more than 5€ per round you just cant do it. Because the casino itself blocks it. The I asked for the point in the terms and conditions and another fun fact, I couldn´t find the point where it says, that I´m not allowed to bet more than 5€ because Im from germany and the german translation just doesnt have this point. So there where no chances for me to even read that point.

I did like this casino until what happened last night I made a couple of deposits and picked a bonus I could claim it was meant to be a spin of a wheel what came up instead was around 8 boxes you had to pick one to get a prize. One of them showed me I had won 100 free spins but the next one actually showed me I had won the top prize $20,000!!!!! Sadly I am sitting here tonight with no 20k I contacted support I contacted my vip manager who at first thought my pic was fake didn’t recognise the new game now tonight has acknowledged new game and not fake apologised but as to resolving why I was paid $10 instead of $20,000 I’m patiently waiting while they look into this! Will update as soon as I know and change to a 5 star review if I actually receive my winnings but I doubt it very much.
