Wamble shining bright
Not going to fib, I was 50/50 on placing my order, but after looking at many of the positive reviews, I decided to take the plunge - happy I did - my only glitch was receiving a partial shipment of a chandelier without communication that it would actually ship in two crates. I contacted customer service right away and within a couple hours I had my update and answers - not but a few days after that, I received the remainder of my purchase - carefully packaged/crated and zero damage - within two days of that I had it fully installed and shining bright! My clients are pleased, I’m pleased and will share that while initially apprehensive, Residence Supply was very pleasant and professional to interact with. Communication along the way would have eased the panic of receiving an only a partial package - but outside of that hiccup - we’re very pleased! I will add that while working on a residential remodel project for eight months and interacting with countless vendors and trades, RS’s response time and communication was prompt - I am still waiting on answers from a local vendor and it’s been nearly two weeks of phone tags and chasing down emails - which makes my job all that more challenging so it’s nice that Residence Supply takes customer service seriously! Thank you - look forward to future orders. We love our Wamble Chandelier!

If I were rating their customer service…
If I were rating their customer service team alone—specifically Jennifer—it would be an easy 5 stars. They were responsive, helpful, and ultimately resolved a return and refund issue very fairly. However, I had to deduct a star due to the quality of the actual products I received. I ordered some brass face plates and light switches, and unfortunately, the quality didn’t meet my expectations for the premium/cost over other brands. The brass finish lacked the durability I expected, and the internal electrical components of the toggle switches felt flimsy. While I wouldn't recommend those specific switches, I highly commend the company for standing behind their customers and making things right in the end. I can’t speak to the quality of all the other products they offer, but I would consider buying from them again in the future.

David Altamirano helped all the way for several months in processing our refund/claim with them. He's absolutely responsive, patient and helpful.
Although the products and timing didn't work for us, we can tell that those are high quality items. If in the future we will need hardware again, we will be glad to check their inventory first.
