I got a room in the basement for my 50th birthday. When doing the booking I wrote in the comment field to the hotel that I was celebrating my birthday during the visit. According to the hotel they never got it. and as you know I got a room in the basement...
except we miss a fan ,otherwise everything is excellent
Good site. The only downside is that you casnt change hotel, when you book a package.
Seat reservation is important for us and thats why we booked tickets trought resfeber. Increadibly dissapointed when we got mail that seat reservation couldn't be done! Than write that before that maybe it is not possible! I could have buy tickets from another page cheaper!
Now offcourse we can't cancel the reservation!

Regarding pre-seating, the airlines set the rules if possible before check-in.
