What the heck. They charged me without my consent. Careful when browing their website

Scam. Immediately reported to Amex. Going to file a claim against them

Same here like all above. I actually ticked the cashback box and set up the account but then cancelled said account but they forgot to stop taking the money. Also Amex, so it seems that they are easier to scam than others.

Disgusting, completely duped into a subscription that is incredibly difficult to cancel do not ever sign up for this. I am looking into ways of getting money back. This is an Amex scam I am learning, they get your details on the back of lagitimate online purchases. Scam scam scam scam

Just been scammed, cheeky MoFo’s - I called Amex immediately and they are investigating.

Like everyne else, this company has been scamming me by taking £18.00 monthly from my Amex account since last May. I have no knowledge of them, have had no contact with them, and have no idea how they got my account details. I have had to report this to Amex fraud to get the payments stopped. Check your accounts and avoid.....

I have recently discovered that web loyalty have been taking £18 from my bank account since 2021 (I have only gone to online banking. I have no knowledge of signing up for anything and cannot seem to be able to contact anyone

This company have taken £18 from my 15-year old daughter’s account. Clearly, she must have clicked on something offering her future discounts or something, but without realising this is a monthly subscription. Disgraceful practice that these companies can operate in this way (from Switzerland). I’ve emailed twice and phoned them (which directed me back to the email). I’m not hopeful. They must be making a fortune by conning people.

I have been scammed by this company! be careful, they should be ashamed!

What a shame from Bank to be not so secure!
I was checking my bank app this afternoon to only notice a transaction I’m not aware of, and it’s this company the Webloyalty.com from Switzerland.
It’s very alarming coz this transaction deducted an amount from me out of the blue.

Lloyds also is very slow action with this.

I recently booked some hotels and flights and train tickets using this card and during those transactions somehow 15£ were Deducted by this merchant and I was completely unaware of it.
Open a dispute and tell your bank about this merchant so.they can block it.

Should be zero start !!I have just got the same £18 taken from my account from Webloyalty Sarl Switzerland. I cannot believe how low people go just to make money. Absolutely atrocious. Scam scam scam!!

It’s a complete scam! Contact your bank and block any further payments. Otherwise they will continue to steal €18 from your account every month!!

I’m one of hundreds of people who has been scammed by this dishonest fraudulent company. Absolutely no warning that you are signing up to anything even though their website (no doubt fake) says they ‘OFFER’ subscriptions. There is no sign of this. I ordered a beauty product through a well known beauty site completely unrelated to this deceitful company. I hope their mothers are so proud of them

I did not subscribe to this company got in touch with my bank and will be refunding my money back into the account it is a scam and the bank has blocked the company
