Super service
Ordered on a Thursday evening, some of it arrived Monday, I did email to see where the rest of my order was, it wasnt through fault of the supplier but the courier that had accidently left one of my boxes at the depo. But delivered it straight away Tuesday morning. Fabulous service. Everything was carefully packaged and im super happy with everything ive ordered.

Gecko Chamber prep!

Dom was incredible in getting all the equipment we needed and providing super helpful and simple to understand advice.
My review of Dom in eight adjectives is: helpful, kind, supportive, patient, thoughtful, considerate, attentive, compassionate!

Absolutely amazing lots of checking to make sure my set up was ok a phone call to talk about the delivery details and it all went well and the bearded dragon is great very active

The delivery cost was the same as the…
The delivery cost was the same as the product price and was tracked, so that gave peace of mind for the delivery. However, when the fly culture came, it had been tipped upside down and had no live flies in it! The good thing, is that the Reptile centre will replace the product with picture evidence. Hopefully my next delivery will be better.
