Great product; we use it in 2 ways:
- For ads > moderation works nicely and comment replies and automation are very helpful in conversion as well
- For organic content > engagement skyrocketed since we started using it; more comments=more distribution

It's highly recommended you turn on "Post Replies Automatically" otherwise you don't really get the fully automated experience. Initially I was skeptical but then eventually I turned it on and didn't regret it. The bot is very human-sounding and people don't realise it's AI.

Also, the team is very nice and available whenever you need support.
