So, I re ordered the chair after my hiccup earlier, all down to me not the company who were great as I stated previously, Chair arrived on date I requested, very well packed, assembly took a bit of time but everything I needed was there even down to a pair of circlip pliers for the one circlip!
Quality seems very good, leather looks as described.
Really can’t find fault with either the product or the company I would recommend them without hesitation.

The product itself is good quality. Comfy to sit on, leather is good and all materials seem sturdy. However, I am a bit annoyed at some differences with the original. The metal bases of chair and footstool are wider and less elegant. The armrests are too wide and too prominent. Most people probably won't see these differences but I do.

I ordered my chair two weeks ago and it arrived yesterday. It is beautiful, stylish and so comfortable. The transaction was really smooth. Thank you.

Ordered an Eames replica recliner and ottoman, then saw the negative reviews. Oh I thought! However, Vincent replied to my enquiry about delivery, and though it arrived a little late compared to his estimate, it arrived in good condition. Putting it together was a bit of a challenge (as I had nobody to assist me) but the final product seems to be of very good quality and definitely very comfortable.
May well order another one!

Well I don't know what all the negative noise is all about (60%of reviews). I ordered my lounger at the end of December, the 5 to 10 working days delivery I presumed was for standard stock chairs but I wanted a particular colour and wood combination and did not expect they had one on the shelf! A follow up email about expected delivery time frame, via the chat, prompted a reply from Lucas within 24 hours advising delays due to holiday period (understandable). Special combinations will take time to manufacture, so if you're in that category or you want something special, be patient! Emails between myself & Vincent via their website made me feel more than comfortable with the supply progress, culminating in a confirmation my chair would arrive on 15th or 16th of February. It arrived at 10.00am on the 15th (today). Sadly we seem to be living in a time where we expect instant gratification, if it is worth waiting for then do so, Replica Eames loungers are. My lounger is fabulous and fantastic value. Looks great and is sooooo comfortable. Considering ordering a second one. So my personal experience was one of complete satisfaction, well done, 5 star!

People leaving negative reviews for Vincent have no idea how furniture is ordered and the lead times for built-to-order. Vincent took my order, responded efficiently to a single query on lead times and delivered BEFORE he promised. My new replica Eames 219 was compared to my real one and another replica I bought some years ago. The quality is great, apart from the lack of countersinking on the frame bolt holes (which you cannot see anyway). ReplicaEames.com was, in the end, faster the the Conran Shop when I ordered the genuine Vitra chair.

I’m sure the piece of furniture I purchased last month would’ve looked great… had I ever received it. Got an order confirmation email, which must’ve been automatic, because I’ve not heard anything since. Emailed a bunch of times with no response, so will be requesting a refund from my bank. Would rather do business with one of the other many eames replica suppliers out there than deal with this company again.

In short, not worth the hassle, buy somewhere else.

Ordered chairs, and while they were happy to take my money the chairs never arrived and haven’t had any response to any of the emails I’ve sent asking after them. Seems like a pretty common experience by a lot of customers who’ve tried to purchase items from them.

I will be speaking to my credit card company about getting my money back as I don’t even want these chairs from them at this point - there’s a lot of other great eames replica companies that have better customer service.

Ironically, outing their poor customer service here publicly seems to be the only way to get them to respond to their customers, but I expect any reply to be a load of angry hot air rather than doing actually anything useful.

The chair I ordered arrived and I am over the moon with it, excellent replica can’t fault it at all. Excellent quality. It did take longer than expected to arrive but as I said well worth the wait, I would highly recommend just be patient!!

My chairs were delivered and the quality is very good. I am very pleased. However, I was doubtful that I would have anything delivered at one point because I found it very difficult to find out any information on the status of my chairs from Replica Eames, and the TrustPilot reviews were unsettling suggesting it was a scam.
My advice is to communicate via the chat (however it says they answer immediately which isn’t the case so be patient) and also via the email given when paying by PayPal. Make sure you get a tracking number and keep an eye on where your order is with the courier. Don't expect the courier to let you know when you can expect it to be delivered - I arrived home today to find my chairs on the doorstep. Fortunately it wasn’t raining.

I got scamed. it's a fraud. be careful.

I ordered 2 chairs, in february and paid for them, then suddenly end of march i get an email saying they dont have it anymore and suggest another model. I said i dont want another model and want a refund.
Then again it appears they can have the initial model i wanted... and will deliver soon.. so i accept to wait, and obviously they delivered the wrong model!!

Since then, it's been 2 months i send messages everyday for them to pick up the wrong chairs and deliver the right ones, they tell me everyday they are coming, so my colleagues and I are staying late in the office in case they eventually show up and they never do.
Apparently the carrier is their main excuse for being a scam.

It seems that I have also fallen foul of this company. Ordered a chair in March and received an email notifying me that the colour I wanted would be delayed by 4 weeks but an alternative colour would be dispatched within 10 days. I am still waiting to receive the chair and any response to my numerous emails asking as to when my order will be fulfilled.
Im not holding out much hope on either.!

Bought an Eames replica lounge chair. The chair arrived on time in 11 days as agreed. The assembly instructions were clear, and all required tools came in the package. The wood finish is excellent and the leather is very high quality. Communication through the chat interface did sometimes take a few hours for a response, but there in the end customer service was acceptable.

Very pleased with the chair comfortable and high quality great value for the money.

The chairs are great, and I would have bought many more.
however, one of the four I bought was faulty on delivery, and one now has become wobbly too and I cannot get through to anyone for months now to speak to anyone about this. Im very disappointed. Ive emailed so many times and given my number for someone to phone also. But still nothing.

Excellent quality chair at a great price. It arrived within 8 days of ordering - which is pretty rare these days! I never received tracking information, but when I emailed to enquire, I was given a delivery date. My two packages came separately, so I was a little concerned after receiving half a chair, but the company responded assuring me the rest would soon arrive. Assembly was pretty smooth on my own except for attaching the back, which required a second pair of hands.

I ordered a walnut and black leather Mid Century Recliner from this company because they gave some interesting additional manufacturing detail on their website and more so than similar on Amazon or other more experienced sites.

Almost immediately I got a email by return showing my order had been shipped - I was a little concerned that the email had no tracking number. I emailed the originator about the tracking number but did not receive any reply.

I began worrying, particularly as their address on the email spelt Dublin as dublin in one instance, I began worrying that this was a scam.

I searched trustpilot and my heart sank - lots of scam warnings, I contacted my bank who said to see what happens, and if after 14 days nothing shows up to call them.

Exactly 5 working days after I ordered - two boxes arrived from DPD.

The two boxes were very well packed and each item was individually wrapped. There was an enormous amount of cardboard, bubble wrap and insulating wrap. There would be virtually no way the items in the parcels could be damaged.

Everything that was side specific was very well marked on both the packaging and items - this was quite a surprise and very welcome.

I put the chair together in about two hours - I did not rush. I had some frustration with a single screw going into the padded arm rest - which took two attempts to fully resolve - I need a torch to ensure the screw went through the bracket into the rest properly - it did, but was simply awkward for one person to do.

I paid 700 which included free delivery.

Quality is fantastic - well beyond expectations for a copy item. The leather is soft and supple to the touch - and it is leather, It’s also a good quality leather to boot. The stitching and finishing details on the leather items are exact and spot on - again much better than I was expecting.

The plywood is beautiful, it is seven layers and it’s properly varnished without a heavy sheen on the walnut - it looks very good, also not a scratch anywhere and every edge is butter smooth to the touch

The stool is the same standard of finish, the upholstery, padding and manufacture details on both items are perfect. The 5 feet stand chair and the four feet stool stand have a polished metal top surface with sides in black - again this looks excellent - they have been excellently cast, polished and powder black covered.

So I am frankly delighted with my purchase, the items are exactly as described on the site, they were delivered on time (5 working days) as advertised and the quality of this replica is spot on. I live in Hertfordshire, England, so this fits in with delivery times for in stock items they quote.

The instructions that come with the chair are good - easy to ready brochure, everything labelled and identified making assembly relatively painless.

The only criticism I have of the instructions is they could be a little more verbose in order of assembly - but I did managed to work it out.

There’s one area the company could easily make improvements by including the tracking number on the order email and replying to an email request to the company asking for tracing detail, I unnecessarily panicked because of this.

For what I paid and what a Swiss made original currently costs - I think they have done a fantastic job.

I would purchase from them again without hesitation.

I gave this company a chance and got my furniture.

I ordered a brown + rosewood Eames from them a month ago. Two weeks in, I read the reviews here and got really nervous about the whole thing. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt.

After a week more I got an email saying that my purchase was shipped - no tracking, but the mail said it would arrive by 6th of august. Two days before due date I contacted them through the chat feature on their site and after some time, a fellow named Lucas answered. I had to wait over the weekend for the tracking number.

When I finally got the tracking number, I could see that the chair had been in transit for about 11 days, so two days after they sent me the shipping note, they actually sent it.

The chair came in two parcels, 10 kilos each. The assembly was fair and all the tools included in the second box. Some of the screws where a bit hard to get in, but all in all a fairly easy assembly.

The chair and Ottoman look decent. I mean, for the price I guess it is as good as it gets, it is a bit smaller than I pictured, but I'm a big man too.

This is just my experience; they had the colors I wanted in stock and that probably did help with the short time it took for me to get it.

They could be a lot better at communication, do some tiny bit more of quality control on the assembly parts (screws and nuts). I must be honest and say that the tracking thing was dodgy too.

If you order from them, make sure to contact them about availability first. Pay with credit card, not debit. Be patient, these are large parcels crossing borders and it makes sense to have to wait a bit.

I will probably order another one later.

Beware! I live in London and ordered a (bespoke) red leather chair 4 months ago. The website address suggests the company is British. It indicated a 3 month delivery time and I received confirmation of my order. I had no further communication from this company. After 3 months I tried to contact them requesting an update on my order. I used the online contact form twice and email address twice. I received no reply. I then tried the telephone number on the website and got a recorded message it did not exist. Then I investigated more thoroughly and discovered that, while the company uses a “.co.uk” website and suggests it uses a UK bank account (Walton Furniture Ltd GB) it is in fact based in Dublin. I also discovered that the company is listed as “dissolved” in 2018. I made a claim for non delivery of goods through my bank, who made contact with the Irish bank that took the money. 2 weeks after my claim I received an email from a Vincent Taschl of replica-eames, saying they did not have a red chair, only black, white or tan. I replied that I had specifically ordered a red chair, the order was confirmed and the alternative colours are not acceptable. I have heard nothing more. My (UK) bank has temporarily refunded the money to me pending investigation by them and the Irish bank of this company. I note today that you can still order a red chair from this company and that it is offering a discount! If you have been conned as I was, I recommend that you make a claim via your bank or credit card company.
