Misleading Service and No Refund – Stay Away!

I purchased Rephraser after being promised a satisfaction guarantee, but the Turkish translations were extremely poor and unusable. Despite contacting support multiple times, I received no refund. Even worse, my subscription was not canceled, and they charged my card again without my permission.
This is unacceptable. I feel scammed. I demand a full refund and immediate cancellation. Until then, I will report this platform on every consumer protection site I can find.

Worst

Totally, useless, they claim that their humanizer is undetectable but when I humanized my assignment and then upload it to Turnitin,it showed 100% AI so don't waste your money on this,it is totally detectable

It's a scam

It's a scam. The rephrasing tool doesn't work as when I paste the rephrased text into various plagiarism checkers, it flags as plagiarism
