Fast and Convenient
I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to come to my address to fix my phone. The booking process was seamless and quick. The guy who came over was honest, courteous and warm.
My iPhone was up and running in no time and my kids were delighted to find some candies in the bag that was handed to me on completion of the phone repair (such attention to tiny detail).
Would definitely recommend them.

Phoned Mark at RNR.
Because a problem with the port iPad had to be taken away, item picked up on the Tuesday, returned on the Thursday same week repair complete.
Excellent value, excellent service, could not fault.

Almost Perfect, But...
I ordered a battery replacement for my OnePlus 9 Pro. The gentleman even managed to come for my appointment much earlier than I originally requested and got to work straightaway.
After 45 minutes or so, he gave me phone back complete with the old battery and gave clear instructions to fully charge the new battery before use, and to leave the masking tape on the phone for 8 hours for the glue to set.
Unfortunately, the back of the phone does stick out in places (where there may not have been glue) and therefore I can't call it a perfect job.

Amazing company with super affordable prices. They arrived at my home, fixed my pc’s power supply unit and even brought it back to me!
Extremely friendly service and I had updates the entire time my pc was with them. The whole process with them was just brilliant. Highly recommend!!

A really polite and knowlegable engineer came to me
A really polite engineer came to repair my old but cherished iPhone, it only needed a charging port. He was very prompt, almost the full window early. He was very efficient and knew what he was doing and talking about. I knew in advance what it would cost and it was extremely good value having someone come to me (in a rural village) rather than try to find someone who I would have to find and take it to. An excellent service and good vale all around

The gentleman arrive on time, he was very polite. He took my phone to his van and bought it back when repaired which only took him 30 minutes.
