Rentrip Service/ Coimbatore Dealer
we have booked a car on may 19th in Rentrip site with an advance payment of 7000 and the booking was confirmed. on the day of 23rd May 2026 the booked car did not arrive at the said agreed time of 7Am and we made to wait for 1 hour with an answer of that the car is coming in 10 min when ever we call.
The first feedback itself was not that great and the way the team spoke to us was very bad. there was no response from rentrip customer care also.
finally the car came at 8AM,we paid the remaining amount of 8600 and a depoist of 5000, and we started to coonoor. From the beginning the car had pick up issue, while we were about to reach coonoor the car stopped abruptly, we had called and informed the host that the car as broke down and asked them to give the replacement vehicle .
Replacement never came and they stopped picking up our calls. we called the rentrip and informed issue ,they also stopped picking up the calls. instead of trying to sort the issue everyone was avoiding the calls because we have already paid the money
Till now no response nor any kind of feedback from the rentrip nor the dealers in coimbatore.
