Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers, they do not refund deposits as promised and lie to say that you have received tickets which is completely false. No contract received, The Car was an absolutely banger. Ni response to what’s app and emails. They charge just under £100 for the deposit, so unable to recall on the credit card. Avoid at all cost!

I hired a car from this company at Malaga Airport in October 2025. From my very first contact with them they couldn't have been more helpful or professional.. I only confirmed the booking 2 days before arrival. The hire rate was extremely competitive and straight forward.. As soon as I collected my luggage in Malaga I received a phone call from "Carlos" ( their Airport guy) who confirmed he was right outside arrivals as agreed. He had a full procedure he went through in the pass over of the car.. photos of the return airport garage, breakdown assistance phone numbers etc.. We needn't have worried.. everything was perfect and absolutely no problems.. 11 days later I returned the car to the agreed garage and took the photos of the car's location, the key and the fuel gauge..
I had a small issue when I got home and the company rep could not have been more helpful, attentive and professional.. They were fantastic.. I would highly recommend this company and will use them any time I'm in Spain..

Avoid Rentacar Spain Malaga - Scammers
Avoid this company of scammers. The car they provided was a relic , filthy inside - steering wheel looked like dog had been chewing it. Clocked over 150000km and drove worst. Paid 154€ for 8 day rental and then they took further €100 day of pickup which they still haven't returned - they have no official office drop offs and pickup at public carparks airport etc.They address is old garage in Benalmadena according to maps? I believe they also trade as Allinclusivecarhire - avoid unless you want a overpriced banger and a non returnable deposit...the €254 total taken probably value of car...😐 Ps all of a sudden WhatsApp, email etc not answered once cash taken and car back.....AVOID at all costs

The worst car rental company ever.
I rented a car from them for three days. I paid €320 plus a €100 deposit. On the first day, after less than 100 kilometers, the car broke down — the clutch failed. To get a replacement car, they asked for another €500 deposit. In the end, I found another company and rented a car from them instead.
After three months, I still hadn’t received any response from them — they kept saying the car was in the repair shop and they were waiting for the mechanic’s report. Eventually, they finally answered the phone and blamed me for the breakdown. I’ve been driving for 27 years, so I think I have some experience… it’s absurd.
I don’t recommend this company to anyone — unless you want to lose your money and ruin your vacation.
Hidden mileage limits & deposit WAS taken
I have a booking confirmation which clearly states "Unlimited Kilometers" &"All inclusive price, No Excess, No deposit" BUT
(1) at the airport, they told me that I had a limit of 50kms per day & would pay for each km over that
(2) they said they require a €100 deposit for fuel (even though the tank was less than 1/4 full)
(3) they actually took a deposit of €300 from my card
I specifically paid extra for an 'all inclusive' hire & I find this quite deceitful
Look at their website - "AllInCarhire.com" - it specifically states "All Included", "Full Insurance", & "Unlimited Mileage" - very prominent, in very large type.
At collection, they then informed me that there was a mileage limit of 50kms per day (even though it was stated as 100kms/day on the form I had to sign)
On the form I had to sign, it stated that they would take a pre-authorisation of €100 for fuel (fair enough, eventhough the tank was less than 1/4 full). I have a copy of this form clearly stating the pre-authorisation of €100 - they actually took €300 !!!
The company are now requesting further details to accept this review but I have no way of submitting copies of the documentation I have

Cars are over 10 years old crap and not in condition for any kind of rental. They charge deposits, and do not refund them. AVOID IN ANY CASE.

DO NOT USE this car hire company !!!!! We hire in Spain often and these are proper cowboys !! The cars are very old , beaten up and are dangerous!!!!! They take more money from you & are complete scammers !!
They also go by another name which is ‘Allinclusive carhireMalaga’
There is barely enough petrol in the car to get you got a petrol station , luckily we knew where one was but if you are not familiar with the area then you will be stranded !

They take 100EUR as a deposit for a car and they have not returned it back! When trying to contact them - they are not responding at all anymore. They don't pick up the phone neither give any response on WhatsUp.
Deposit is for petrol, i filled tank up but they keep deposit.

WATCH OUT!!! Keep away from this company. They are stealing money and credit card details!!! Even though it is mentioned that there is no deposit for a car - it is not true. They take 100EUR as a deposit for a car and they have not returned it back! When trying to contact them - they are not responding at all anymore. They don't pick up the phone neither give any response on WhatsUp. STAY AWAY! At the time when the car is picked up - they request from you credit card details together with CVV code and store it somewhere in their own system.

VARNING - Rentacarspain - do not rent at car from this Company
On their website, they have pictures of nice cars, but what you get are damaged cars that look like they come straight from the scrapyard. I rented a station wagon from the website but received an old 7-seater Dacia with barely acceptable tires. It is not clear that insurance for tires and windshields is mandatory, which costs 40 euros per week, even though the website states that insurance is included. We landed in Malaga in the evening, and our flight was delayed. I informed them before we took off from Stockholm, but they still charged 30 euros for the delay as if it were my fault the flight was delayed. The car we received was, as mentioned, scratched everywhere. We received the car without fuel, almost empty. The first we had to do was to fuel up. When we finally left and turned on the AC, it felt like we were in a helicopter, it was incredibly loud. While driving on the highway in Malaga at night, the headlights suddenly went out, leaving us in complete darkness with three children in the car.
I called the next day to complain, and they apologized and agreed to replace the car. The following day they delivered an identical car but in a different color, equally damaged and wrecked. The replacement car, like the previous one, was delivered with an empty tank. The car I returned had more than half a tank of fuel, and they promised to make a refund for the fuel, 30 Euros.
After about two days of use, the second car stopped working. It wouldn't start. I called and spoke to them, and explained everything and they claimed I had left a light on. The car wouldn't start, the starter motor worked, but the engine wouldn't startup. This problem persisted for three days until I got fed up and called again. We agreed to swap the car for another one, and I was clear that I did not want another Dacia or a damaged car. They promise to switch to a smaller car and that I had to go to Malaga Airport to exchange the car
So, we went to exchange the car, and believe it or not, we got an even worse, identical Dacia, this time black without a Dacia logo at the back, thick scratched door panels, and missing rubber seals around the windows. I questioned this as it was not what we agreed upon, and they insisted they never said I would get a different car and that I must have misheard. I kept the car without swapping it a third time, and we drove away, having to push-start the car every time we used it.
After our vacation ended, we returned the car as instructed. I also returned this car with more than half a tank of fuel, because we couldn't use the car the way we planed. At the garage, I photographed the car and returned it. I informed them to refund my 30 euros for the fuel, and if they could make a refund for the fuel I put in the second car, but instead of being understanding they confirmed to only make a refund on 20 Euro claiming the car had a quarter tank when I received it, can you imagine that! The worst of all, I still have received the refund and have tried contacting them via WhatsApp as they barely answer the phone.
We were in Spain from June 11 to June 24, and today is July 21. I still have not received the refund despite their promise and confirmation of a refund of 20 euros.
I really hope this can help other to not rent a car from this company.

We wanted a last minute hire car delivered to our hotel. Sent WhatsApp message, everything required was sorted efficiently. This company worked well for us. No hidden costs. Will definitely use again. Easy, simple, you get what you pay for.

Awful the worst experience of my life with car hire. You cannot get it any more wrong than these people. They don't care once they have your money and when their dirty, old, battered, unsafe cars break down they will blame you, then days later collect the car promise you another 1 the next day but wobt deliver, They willl leave you stranded. Ignore your calls. After a few stressful days of missed trips and multiple calls they will promise to refund you but then ignore your calls and messages and not return your deposit or money for days that you didn't have a car leaving you with out transport for your holiday. If you have kids they won't care. They don't care about anyone but themselves they take your money very quickly and don't give it back when they fail to give you what you paid for a decent car. The customer service is the worst around. Use ANYONE but these people. No family should have a special holiday ruined like we have we are devastated. So PLEASE book elsewhere you have been warned!! Don't let it happen to you!

Hired them on the recommendation of my family and some friends, as well. I must say that they never failed to impress. Rates are affordable and there is no restriction regarding the usage of care by any means. Loved the service.

RENTALCARSPAIN - no batteri
Rented a car at RENTACARSPAIN for 15 days. It had been driving 200.000 km, which is quite unusual for a rental car. I have myself a car driving 250.000 km, and there are no problems. So, I wasn’t worry. On the way from Malaga to Costa de la Luz – 228 km - the AC worked on and off. Okey. On the way back on a tank station, the battery suddenly died. So did the car of course, and we were supposed to catch a plane!! We pushed it aside and opened to the motor – just to see the battery not even attached to the car, but just rambling around under the motor helmet. After some time, I finally succeeded starting the motor … just to experience shortly after going through a long completely dark tunnel, I turned on the light … and the motor died once again – and now without the possibility to turn on the alarm light (no electricity). Once again, we managed to start the engine in the dark tunnel with cars passing few meters from us. On the rest of the trip the engine died two times more … until we reached the airport – just in time. We told the man, who picked up the car about the problems – and he didn’t seem to care at all. So, if you get the car with the plates: 8847 HCV – run as Hell … RUN!!
Dangerous hired car
Had a credit note from covid cancellation, booked all inclusive automatic as my husband is disabled, arrived at Malaga airport, sign all paperwork for car, only notice when we went to get in it was a manual car which meant my husband could not drive it! They took a hold in my card off £100 plus an extra £65 in cash as said it was dearer since covid, no sat nav, no air on, a very old fair panda, we were staying many miles outside Malaga and as we started to get higher into the mountains it became apparent that the clutch was slipping on this car, also the right indicator was not working!! We arrived at destination after a terrible drive, I contacted the company as soon as we got out the car, took them 2 days to contact us, I asked where the break down cover was, would not give me it, told us to get a garage to do it but I was frightened to drive the car with only one indicator working on it, but it was now Friday and nowhere was open till Monday to do this, it started to rain and the wipers did not work to remove the rain, police stopped us and warned us regarding the front tyres, we drove to the nearest big town to buy a bulb on the Monday and as I indicated right forgetting it was not working someone hit the back of the car making a dent! This company should be avoided at all cost, abandoned my disabled husband with a dangerous car, I have never had such terrible service, if there had been a spare bulb in the car, I have not had my £100 back even though we paid all inclusive, dangerous car with rude unhelpful staff and thief’s,

I drove the car away and realised it was not even safe or reliable. I called them 10 times and they refused to meet me back at the airport. I kicked off and demanded they take this car back. They only partially refunded and I will 100% be doing a chargeback on my credit card. Dreadful experience ❗️
