THIS IS A SCAM!!! YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCTS HOWEVER AFTER USING IT ONCE YOU'LL REALIZE IT DOESN'T WORK AND WANT TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ONLY FOR THEM TO IGNORE THE CANCELLATION REQUEST AND CONTINUE CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! I FINALLY HAD TO FILE DISPUTES WITH MY CC COMPANY!!!

This is a scammer who sends a 6oz bottle of water labeled citronella with a spray top that doesn't fit. It's a scam. Then they keep sending it to you!

Item ordered was never received. Renoura products ship from China using a shipping company called 17Track. Trying to track an item that was not delivered is impossible unless you read Chinese. I believe that Renoura is not to be trusted.

Do *not* buy anything from this company. I saw an ad for their citronella fly spray for horses and made a one-time purchase, which I received about 3 weeks later. The bottle was much smaller than I thought and a rip off at $35.99. The worst part, however, is that I did not sign up to a monthly subscription but they have billed me two more times. I've not received any further product. I submitted a request for reimbursement via their contact form. There is no phone number. I received a notification that I should be receiving a refund for 1 of these months. I'll believe it when I see it. The bottom line: do not buy anything from this company!

This is THE BIGGEST SCAN! The bottles are maybe 16 ounces of citronella SCENTED spray for $70. That does NOT work at all. They even set me up for auto shipments (apparently fine print) that I am being billed. No customer service. Please be smarter than I was.

Do not use this company at all. It is under Renoura Holdinds, LLC but is a scam. I have been trying to return the products for a refund sending an email and an online request every couple days since I received on June 23rd with no luck. I ordered the products on May 28th but it took that long on June 23rd to receive because it was coming from China, shipping to some odd person in Illinois and then sent to myself.
I expected products to have the Renoura label on it for the citronella horse spray, as it shows on their website. Unfortunately, it has a brand called OIVOLLI. Also, it shows made in China. I do not trust this at all and will not use on my horses. The brush included to apply is actually a shoe shine brush! Avoid!
