Slumlord rehab

Slumlord rehab. New owner took over. Doubled the rents. Complex built in 1960s. Has many roof leaks, and mold. They put one coat of paint on it, some dogpoop cans, and want a new apartment complex rent. Every building has leaks. Black mold is in many units. I saw a 6 inch thick layer of black mold inside walls, when a friend's apartment was remodelled. The lease makes you pay their unbelievably high rent, if you move out early, to the end of the term. Smokers enjoy their pot, in full view of kids. Appliances are very old. I could write several pages. If you are looking for an apartment, put this complex last on your list.
