I had a dead battery and wanted a new one but wasn't sure about how to get rid of the old one. I contacted Renewac for some advice and a really helpful customer experience followed. Chris gave me a phone call to let me know what options I had and made me feel confident in working/spending money with their company for my first time. The battery was processed online and they made it very easy to return. It was back in my hands 3 days later which was an extra bonus. The bike is back to work and I couldn't be happier.
