Remove My Car Reviews

Contacted them on a Saturday , had a phone call on the Sunday to arrange collection. They turned up on time first thing Monday morning. All paper work sorted and car taken away .
Excellent service

My Corolla was collected on the date booked went very smooth, Tony is a great guy payment same day A+.

All went well from the initial valuation, collection made by a very helpful Jason, who left me the receipt etc & advised on what to do.
Car collected Saturday morning, funds received in full at midday on Monday.
Great service. Thank you.

Was surprised at the efficiency of this process, especially as my car was stuck at the garage and could not be driven. Take away on time and paid within the hour

The best price thoughtful turned up on time and was efficient and knew their job. Yes I would use them again .

Very quick simple and efficient thank you.

This is completely ridiculous and utterly unprofessional. I have now wasted THREE days waiting for a collection that was repeatedly booked and confirmed by your company, yet nobody has turned up.
I have had to rearrange my plans and even take a full day off work to accommodate your collection, only to be left waiting with absolutely no explanation or communication. This is an unacceptable way to treat a customer.
Your repeated failure to provide the service you promised has caused me unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and a direct loss of my time and earnings. I should not have to keep chasing you or repeatedly make arrangements because your company cannot fulfil a confirmed collection.

Really swift. Clear communication and straightforward process. Def recommend

Easy to use as car was not located at my home address.

It seemed as soon as the vehicle was loaded the money was in my bank account.

From booking the removal to collection everything was faultless

Phone call within 15 mins, arrangement to pick up next day, driver took care of paperwork and money in the bank within 24 hours, very efficient

Very professional service

Nice and easy process, they basically do the work of finding the scrapyard that’ll give best price

Did exactly what they said they would and paid the price quoted. Thank you

Everything went smoothly and communication was excellent.
