Great service and goods that do exactly as promised
Purchased both a Rib and the cheaper HR remote for my garage door. Delivery was quick / reliable and I was able to track the delivery through the DHL system. Both were exceptional value and as I bought 2 the delivery was free. On receipt is took about 10 minutes to set the controls up, the step by step instructions were perfect and controls worked first time. The HR is an excellent low cost replacement and I could have easily got away with two of these, however, note that you must have a working remote if you are using the HR replacement. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company and controls to anyone. Thanks to all.

Service excellent, spoiled by shipping of incorrect product
Website excellent, order process great, prompt delivery with proper documentation. Pity that incorrect product shipped twice but product return process worked perfectly on both occasions.

I have bought a remote control device 4335E from you, which I have successfully programmed to operate the Chamberlain Motorlift 1000 of the garage door.
However, I was no able to find the manual telling me how to program the remote control ( Chamberlain 801165 ) in order to open and close the driveway gates.
