As a carer in this company
As a carer in this company, I can say that I am lucky enough to work here, they provide everything especially the training I need, I also meet the hours I need. office staff is approachable and they are flexible.

Friendly, efficient and great company to work with
Working with Reliance has been an absolute pleasure. From start, the company has been very supportive and flexible with my hours. For me that’s very important as a single mother.
Reliance gave me opportunity to grow and learn more which I will be eternally grateful.
Working for Reliance is being part of the family. The Directors, Managers and colleagues are wonderful people that are always there for you when you need the most.
I feel proud to be part of this amazing team.
I cannot recommend them enough!

All carers are professional empathic
All carers are professional empathic, and have a good sense of humour - essential in work of this nature!. They share jokes and even sing to my mother! Her favourite is John Denver's 'Sunshine on my Shoulder'. :)

Reliance Care provided care for my father
Reliance Care provided care for my terminally ill father at our house from March to June. I cannot express highly how pleased we were with their service and professionalism. Each carer that came was friendly and would treat my father with total respect right up to the day he passed away.
Reliance Care certainly made everything easier for my husband and I and we thank them sincerely.
