They did everything right
They did everything right.
Bought a brand new 12 string Fender guitar 30% on sale, wrapped, brand new from what I could tell. Pristine condition (that is until I accidentally dropped it on the concrete outside my house *winces* a big mark at the bottom but hey that was all my fault haha).
Everything was fine. Would definitely order from these guys again. Couldn't have done a better job.

First time using Reidys so I was…
First time using Reidys so I was slightly wary but read through customer reviews and decided to order. They had an excellent offer on an Admira classical guitar that I had on my shortlist and hence I purchased it. I liked the fact that it was ordered from them but sent direct from their distributor which is my preference. It arrived in first class condition and was very well packaged.It has been a joy to play since it arrived.
