Excellent phone service. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly fellow answered the phone. Delivery within two days and very good ice face pack especially for post surgery.

Product costly and leaked
Product was expensive but really needed them due to total knee replacement surgery. Arrived quickly.
Inserts began leaking day one of use.
Very disappointing

I returned the elbow support sleeve as it was to small a fit for a medium which I have bought from other outlets. Went with your brand of product as it was cotton and would not irritate my sensitive skin. Also the grip inside of the sleeve I would have preferred sleeve without, I know it's supposed to prevent sleeve from moving out of place. The product seemed good quality but it wasn't suitable for me.
