Loved the process of securing my choice of plate. Hated the fact that after 7 days, I still hadn’t received my plates, despite being told it was 48 hours tracked. Very disappointing and they should consider another plate supplier.

Unfortunately they appear to have been held up by Royal Mail. We will refund the cost of the plates for this inconvenience and a colleague will be in touch today to check everything is ok. Shady Company
Shady company. I asked for an SMS to be sent with details of the registration I was interested in. I DID NOT tick the box consenting to be contacted by Regtransfers. When I received the SMS with the details I DID NOT “reply with a yes to receive a call from an agent” yet I got a sales call from Regtransfers the next day on a Sunday, at 9.30am. Don’t trust them at all now.

Pleasant experience
When researching buying personalised plates, regtransfers came out the cheapest, so was a little apprehensive but they turned out to be very easy to deal with. helped me understand the whole process so there were no surprises. Advised of timescales which were very accurate and kept me informed from beginning to the end. Would definitely recommend using this company.
