Recently

Recently, I purchased a summer camp program for my grandson. I paid in full and am not sure why this company charged me $110. I saw the charge on my credit card and reached out to them by phone, only to get a voice mail message, I left a voicemail. I did not get a return call. I received an email titled Your purchase protection. I typically do not look at all my emails especially if I think that they are spam however in this case I did, and I responded. I informed them this was an unauthorized charge. The money was charged back to my credit card within three days. Very unhappy with how they were able to charge me in the first place, but it was resolved rather quickly.

Promises a great deal but doesn't deliver

I had high hopes for Regpack, but my experience has been deeply disappointing. From the outset, I made it clear that I needed a system that could process payments in euros, as the majority of my customers are based in Europe. Regpack assured me they could handle this, but they ultimately failed to acquire a merchant account on my behalf, rendering the system unusable for my business. This wasn’t an optional feature—it was a critical requirement, and their inability to deliver on this promise meant I was left with a system that simply didn’t work.

Beyond the payment issue, Regpack overpromised in other areas as well. We discussed the need for multilingual functionality, which they assured me was possible. In reality, their ability to support translations fell far short of what was promised. The system itself is also clunky and riddled with bugs. I encountered three significant glitches that directly impacted functionality. When I reported them, I was told they had been submitted to the developers, but no timeline was given for fixes. There was no transparency about when—or even if—these issues would be addressed.

Two weeks ago, I emailed the CEO directly to outline my complaints. To date, I have not even received an acknowledgment that my email was received. I am a disgruntled customer, but the breakdown in the relationship was entirely due to Regpack’s failure to understand my needs. Rather than accepting responsibility, they continued to charge me for a system that was unusable—because they failed to provide the means by which to accept payment. Worse still, they refused to refund me despite their inability to deliver what was promised.

I spent many days building the system before they finally informed me that there were issues acquiring the merchant account. Had they simply delayed things until the merchant account was secured, this entire situation could have been avoided. Instead, they pressed ahead, allowing me to invest time and effort into building a system that I ultimately couldn’t use.

That said, the basic system seems sound, and for standard use cases—such as taking registrations for camps and similar events—it appears to work well. Many other user reviews are largely positive, which suggests that for certain businesses, Regpack may be a good fit. Unfortunately, my experience has been very different. It is when you move beyond the most basic requirements that cracks begin to show.

Regpack’s “system build” was misleading at best. I was led to believe they would set up the platform for me, but in reality, I had to build it myself with the support of a project manager. This is not a plug-and-play solution, and the learning curve is steep. If you’re expecting a fully configured system ready to use, you will be in for a shock—you will be doing the heavy lifting yourself.

Throughout the process, it became clear that Regpack operates like a young company whose sales team will say yes to everything without the ability to deliver. Their promises sound great on paper, but when it comes to execution, they fall short. If you are based in the United States and have a straightforward use case, you may have better luck. But if you need anything beyond the basics—especially if you are based outside the U.S.—I would strongly recommend thinking twice before committing to Regpack.

Regpack Was Not a Good Fit – Costly and Poor Support

Our experience with Regpack was frustrating and costly. Within a month, we realized the platform wasn’t a good fit and canceled, yet we were still charged fees exceeding 90 days' worth. The system relies heavily on their team for setup, but communication was slow and unclear, making the process difficult. Despite expressing our concerns, we received no support or understanding. A trial period would have saved us thousands.

Company advised me that my claim ws…

Company advised me that my claim ws finally approved after several delays on there end. My claim was initiated in July. I was advised in October. Since October 23rd I was notified that my claim was approved. It is now Nov 14 and still no funds. They dont respond to my email nor will they return my call. The last email I received stated that my bank rejected the refund and that they will resubmit it again. I know that was a lie. I will NEVER work with anyone that uses them again . This is almost $1,000 that is owed to me.

They play every dirty trick in the book

This company plays every dirty trick in the website design book to get money out of customers:

- They will automatically add a $75 protection plan to your cart, hoping that you won't notice.

- The 'adjusted' subtotal will be in tiny text, in a green button.

- if you will want to contact them to get your money back, just forget about it. Their customer service does not serve end-users.

Shame on them for doing that to parents, especially to those who have kids who have special needs.
