I've been using register.it services in the last few years with three different company and I always had a good service. The very few problems we had were solved in a very reasonable time.
Highly suggested.

Automatic renew without my permission, customer service not reachable and unable to reset my password.

Really bad experience. really bad customer service, the agent will leave in between. The customer service agent ( technical department )name "Marco P", Rude, left the chat in between, didn't help at all. I will recommend not buy anything fro this website.

Disgusting & Incompetent Service over the last year. Used to be good.
Two times I have paid for Domain Renewal and Hosting that was not renewed and last week suspended my domain that expires in March without contacting me on official contact list .
Made us pay 2 months early but redirected us to buy hosting as removed my ability to renew Domain..
When complained offered compensation on hosting that valid until March and cancelled all instead. Customer service as soon as made purchase so Domain and Hosting not associated.
The rudest most arrogant & unhelpful customer service who think they can just pull down and cancel paid for Domains and Hosting without the owners consent & have cost us thousands.

They work very slowly. Their support is not good. Even in-house transfers are made in 5 days. External transfer takes longer. They always lock up accounts.

No support, no service.

They're solve my problem after three days.
