Lovely looking tap but absolute rubbish in reality, had 2 now but they lasted less than 3 yrs before starting to leak, replaced cartridge but still leaked. Tried contacting Reginox but no response.

Purchased kitchen mixer tap (gun metal) through Toolstation uk upon receiving the tap and after installation it started to leak from around the base ( where it swivels)
Toolstation contacted reginox on my behalf for a replacement tap, they were extremely slow with any communication and when they did make contact they firmly refused to send me a replacement and only offered to send me a part to replace in the tap which looked like a sealed unit. So I rejected the tap and still they refused!!
Top marks to Toolstation Uk as they honoured me with a full refund so many thanks!!
I am in the trade and I will never recommend Reginox to anyone disgusting customer service throughout!!
White sink full of stains
We had at this point 2 Amsterdam white sinks from Reginox. The first one becomes yellow after a couple of months, then replaced. The 2nd is totally stained by anything, its just terrible coating and looks its never clean. Its a huge sink and very expensive. Extremely disappointed by the lack of quality on this expensive product.
Scratched, stained Reginox sink
I purchased a sink as part of a new kitchen. 3 months later after following care guidelines the sink is scratched and stained.
I contacted Reginox direct, who point blank refused to discuss it with me. They told me to speak to the company who I purchased it from, and they would have to contact them!
This started a series of emails between Reginox and myself, all of which had to go through the company I bought the sink off.
I got absolutely nowhere, and was told the problem was caused by knives and sharp objects being put in the sink(which I had not done)
Eventually Reginox offered to let me purchase another sink at a discount. This I of course refused as I had already purchased one sink that was faulty! If you are considering purchasing any form of White composite sink from them, keep in mind if you have any problems they will neither talk to you or accept any responsibility and you could be throwing your money down the drain.The guarantee on the sinks is as good as useless as they will tell you you caused the problem yourself.

I had a self imposed issue with my taps, I put to strong a descaler on them resulting in tarnishing.
My wife went ballistic as to the mess I made. !******!
On contacting Reginox UK for replacements I found they were discontinued (over 6 years old now). However they matched me up with a near identical set and sent them out next day.
The company let me have them FREE OF CHARGE (due to my marital strife I presume).
I could not have wished for better service, excellent product and backup, I cannot understand other negative reviews.
My son is a plumber and always recommends REGINOX now I told him of my issue and the backup I received.

Wonderful product found it great for 3 years, contacted them as the tank is suddenly leaking for trouble shooting guidance or suggestions for repairs, called to be told to send an email, no problem,
Had an email back to advise the manufacturer of these tanks has gone into administration and no help or guidance offered other than to buy a filter or do a descale, I asked if doing these things would stop a leak!!! When I was then sent a link to buy a new tap.
I honestly thought this tap was fantastic but the customer service was definitely not as expected, I expected some kind support or recommendations for replacement parts!
We live and learn I suppose, so won't be buying my replacement from them and will look for a different brand.
Rubbish product and equally rubbish customer service
In the UK at least, they are a "B2B business" didn't you know! Meaning in effect they will not communicate at all to the end user. And they have the ba... to say that is "unfortunate". Too right it is, for the poor customer. Their slippery shoulders pointing back to the retailer.
In my case with a broken kitchen tap, of obvious poor quality, just three years old.

Reading these reviews are quite, surprising, I had purchased a 3-1 hot tap but some of the flexi taps and other various ancillaries went missing from a construction site, I had to contact reginox and spoke with Chelsea and Hope and they put me onto Water Solutions Direct, who were responsive and sent the replacement items out to me with no hesitation.

Hi How are Reginox ,still in business looking at their reviews!!! We bought a copper sink and attachments for nearly£1000 ,After 3 months we noticed a discolouring and asked them how to clean we used the product they suggested and it made no difference,.We got our suppliers to speak to them because they will not speak to anyone else! They accused us of using an abrasive cleaner!! The one they recommended was over £25 and it did not work. There last comments were tough we ate not entertaining any replacement!! Asked abot 5 year guarantee!! They said we had nullified it using an abrasive cleaner which we had not. The next step we are considering is legal action under the consumer rights act ! At which point they hung up!!
Excellent customer service for a great product
Well, looks like I’m going to buck the trend here, but my experience of Reginox Service was outstanding. We moved into a new home in 2018, which included a lovely white ceramic sink with a fitted Reginox mixer tap. Eventually, after much abuse from my kids, the mounting plate at the base of the tap broke leaving the whole tap unit loose (though still working as a tap). I was pessimistic on the chances of Reginox helping as the tap must be at least 6 years old, and I wasn’t the person who bought it. However, after Googling ‘Reginox’ I saw a comment about how helpful they had been, so I gave them a call.
I got straight through to Libby in their customer service who was immediately helpful. After my initial explanation she consulted the warehouse, who had an idea of what the problem might be but asked for more clarification. They asked me to email photos of the tap, which I did (very easy these days if you have a smart phone), and within 1 hour I had a reply asking for my address so they could send me the spare part I needed - free of charge.
It hasn’t arrived yet (that was yesterday), but whether or not it fixes the problem (I will update when it arrives), it is worth mentioning now that they have been impressive in their willingness to support - remembering that I didn’t buy it and it’s at least 6 years old.
Clearly I’m not disputing others’ experiences, my Libby, representing Reginox UK, has been exemplary; based on my experience of the product (lasted well for at least 6 years), their support team (warehouse and Libby personally) I would definitely consider going back to Reginox for future sink and tap needs.
Thank you for providing excellent customer service, I hope the warehouse staff and Libby are recognised by their managers for the value they add to the business (people in ‘back room’ are often forgotten).

AVOID AVOID .NO AFTER SALES SERVICE
Bought a Reginox ceramic sink as have been pleased with one we had 5 years ago in another kitchen BUT they are now on Mark 2 and as if drilling the hole for the tap isn’t worrying enough they now don’t put a dot on the upper surface to show you where to drill ,website page with measurements not available and the underside is no longer deeply scored with the circle to make forming the hole easier so you have to drill and drill and drill through the entire thickness.Then just when you think you’re home and dry and go to fit the waste and drain supplied in the box with the sink they don’t fit as the large central screw that holds it all together isn’t long enough for a ceramic sink .Contacted their Customer Services who were totally unhelpful insisting I had to take photos and send them to who we had the sink from and get them to liaise with Reginox as they were the customer not me .What a complete faff.Basically they would like you just to crawl away and sort it all out yourself .AVOID AVOID AVOID they don’t deserve the business.

We were asked to take photos of the leak. After sometime they told us a hot pan had been put in the sink and this damaged the sink...we were told we should have checked there website as to how to use a sink...we did check their website that is vague to say the least. Has anyone ever come across a sink in any case that you cannot place a hot pan in? They refused to take any responsibility for an item that was not fit for purpose. A complete sham of an excuse, We have never come across such nonsense....having read other similar reviews I note this company offer no defence for 96% poor reviews. Please avoid this company at all costs as they have no conscience or shame.
Reginox 3 in 1 - extremely poor product
After 6 months my Reginox 3 in 1 stopped working. After hours of calls (very friendly and helpful people) and replacement of filters and various other things I was told to do, the unit was replaced. 4 months later same problems with replacement unit.
To make matters worse we were given no paperwork for the replacement unit and so could not register it for its guarantee.
I’m giving up with Reginox and will spend the money to get a product that works for more than a few months.
I purchased a reginox 3 in 1 hot tap…
I purchased a reginox 3 in 1 hot tap and after 13 months the handle that turns the hot water on is almost falling off.
The tank that holds the water has been leaking for over a week.
We contacted reginox who did not want to know they said we need to call water solutions .After contacting them the said we need to go to the manufacture.
The manufacture told us that we need to have changed the filter and descale it for the warranty to apply.
I told them half a dozen times that we have done that and they are just finding excuses so they won't have to replace it.
They have caused us so much stress, I am now starting a small claims court against them.
A warning to everyone do not buy any of their products as they are of the worst quality and they are the only company that I have dealt with that will not fix a faulty product while under warranty .

The plug for the stainless steel…
The plug for the stainless steel kitchen sink is very difficult to grasp to remove it. There us hardly anything to hold onto. Anyone with any arthritis in there hands will not be able to remove the plug from the sink
I got sucked in by the aesthetics and paid the price
I got sucked in by the aesthetics and bought 4 sinks for properties I own. These sinks started to show scratches and slight indentations from the first day of use. Within a week they looked worse than the Franke ones I had replaced (and they had been in use for 15 years!). The fact is that the material is not fit for purpose and these sinks cannot be used for their intended use. Yes you can look at them, but you cannot use them. I raised a complaint and like other reviews here was told that I had not used the sink properly .. in other words I had made the mistake of using the sink! I will pursue a claim but the world does not favour the consumer these days. But the final word ..these sinks are truly rubbish!
Reginox Brooklyn Mixer Tap.
I bought a Reginox chrome twin lever mixer tap Brooklyn 4 yrs ago.
The tap came with a 5 yr guarantee.
The tap has started to constantly drip.
I contacted Reginox, thinking it would be a simple washer to replace, which I was happy to do, just needed to know the size.
I had an e-mail from Charlotte to say it needs new cartridges, she also sent me a link for these,
Frances peglar araya the cost is £106.
So I went back to my supplier to take up the guarantee surely at 4 yrs old I should not be replacing
this part.
They looked into it and several e-mails and photos and 1 week later.
Told me it was a replaceable part and not covered by the guarantee.
They did find an alternative cartridge, which they said
should be compatible with my REGINOX Brooklyn mixer tap priced at £17.66 plus VAT and £6.50 postage. (I am not sure if this is for a pair of cartridges or one) would not give me details of their supplier for me to check. and has now closed my case file.
I went back to Reginox to confirm the Guarantee,
Charlotte said it is basically the casting that is guaranteed for five yrs, and cartridges only 1 yr.
I questioned that surely cartridges should last longer than this, but she said it is what they expect at around this age of 4 yrs.
Just thought I would let prospective purchasers know
what they could be faced with if buying a Reginox Brooklyn mixer tap.

i agree with all comments about this products. it gets stained and scratched easily leaving grey lines. is a pain to clean everyday. It deserve minus one star if that was possible. i hope everyone interested in this sink to come cross these comments before deciding to buy. !
