Great product easy check out

Great product easy check out. Was able to track my order all the way to my home without any pain. The laptop arrived as described. I needed a good laptop to use when I’m ready to return to the workforce. Diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and undergoing chemotherapy treatment. So I unfortunately have limited funds and this was within my budget 👍😊 definitely will use there company again. Thank you.

I received a defective notebook and…

I received a defective notebook and tried to work it out with Technical Support, but couldn't fix it over the phone
I had by to return a defective note for repair, but was surprised I was responsible for the return shipping which was $20. Not such a great deal paying the additional. It wasn't anything I did to cause the problem.

I gave Refurbees 5 stars, even though I had a little trouble trying to log on and place my order. They have always been 1st class and very fast with deliveries in the past so I knew it was a minor glitch. I called this time and spoke with the front desk (I assume). The lady was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. She looked up my name and email right away and confirmed that I was on their customer list. I rebooted my system as she suggested and my order registered right-a-way. I highly recommend Refurbees. Great products, service and price.

I am totally satisfied with the accuracy of the unit description and the pre-order customer service assistance. It is tough to provide a reasonable evaluation of the unit because I just started to set it up but, so far, it seems to be in better condition than I expected.

Some people just don’t like bad service to begin with. Refurbees’ offer was unacceptable.

Finally, the Director of Marketing responded to this review. I always state the unvarnished truth in my reviews, and can always back them up with documented facts. That’s why, Ms. Heather Lang, Director of Marketing at Refurbees, people read my reviews on every online review platform that I post on and after 2 days of back and forth with the Director of Marketing,
MY REVIEW STANDS.
And,so that there is no confusion, my review is solely about Verified System Solutions dba Refurbees only. Also, any reference to TigerDirect in my Refurbees review was for background only.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company will not stand behind the computers that they “refurbish” and sell. I bought a laptop from TigerDirect that had been refurbished by Refurbees. It developed a mark behind the screen. Refurbees instantly tried to blame it on me. Now the screen has screen burn across the entire bottom of the screen. Plus, the screen has come loose at the top, the earphone jack has never worked and Refurbees has simply ignored my attempts to get them to make their product right.

Despite many attempts to satisfy the customer, including offering to repair his laptop purchased from Tiger Direct and granting him an extensively discounted new (refurbished) machine of greater value than his original choice, we cannot find a resolution. Some people just can't be happy 🤷

Great Service for Pickup

I picked up my Fujitsu laptop at their location in Garden City. They are really nice and offered me friendly reception. Three months later the still laptop functions well. I recommend this company Refurbees.
