I do not have to follow up with Amazon for any reconciliation because I rely fully on RefundsManager to do the job.

I've been using refundsmanager for 4 years now. DO NOT hesitate to hire them. They were able to audit the previous couple years from day 1 and were able to get back $4,500 right away. They will find money that Amazon has taken that you will never find on your own. They have software to track money that to the average or even experienced seller would never have known you are entitled to. Using RefundsManager cost you nothing upfront. Whatever money they get back for you they take a small %. Its an absolute no brainer people! If you have a question shoot them an email they normally respond within an hour. I'm gonna do a ball park price in how much money they have recouped for me total and I would guess its over $15,000. For as long as I'm a seller on Amazon I will be using RefundsManager.
