Scam website, what they will do is charge you extra and take out random payments on your credit card and than they will send an email saying someone came by but no one was there so you have to send additional money to get it( obviously a scam ! ) there is never contents to begin with. They also have been known for taking all the money from peoples bank. If u like getting scammed definitely go to them

Do NOT buy from Company. Crap Quality, NO cust service, took 2 Months to get 1 shirt in Order, 3 for second. 2nd was polo shirt ordered as 4X, shirt barely fits my Nephew who wears a Large. Shirt VERY poor quality, very course and the image was a Crappy iron on! They couldn't even be bothered to cut the iron on down. you can LITERALLY see the outline of the 8 by 11 iron on sheet surrounding 3x3 graphic downloaded from the internet. Still no response after numerous attempts to contact. RUN AWAY! Everything about this company screams Poor quality and Non existent service.

Took more time to receive my T-shirt due to the covid pandemic, however, it came today and I’m delighted.. all I can say is “be patient”

I ordered 3 Parfums and all parfums were fakes, never trust this dealer and buy sth there !

THIS IS A SCAM, I placed an order from a site called Oseidon and never received my order or any further information from them, my bank statement shows that Ridzila is the company that charged me. F#ck them and I hope they rot in hell.

I got took too - through a site called Botite toys. The Bot part should have been a clue.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL NEVER SEE AN ITEM YOU ORDER. STAY AWAY. I ORDERED A T SHIRT 2 MONTHS AGO.....CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD, BUT NEVER SAW THE ITEM. I LITERALLY HAVE SENT HUNDREDS OF EMAILS....NOT ONE RESPONSE. SPREAD THE WORD THAT THIS COMPANY IS STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!

No purchase confirmation, no customer service response and no product received. They did accept my money though. Redzila is a scam people. STAY AWAY!

SCAM! Paid but no product. No communication. Stay away from Redzila.

Ordered a tee shirt on May 16.
No tracking number, no notice when I should expect delivery. There’s not even a customer service phone number on the website.

I will wait a few more days, then I will dispute the charge with my bank.

Horrible I feel robbed have no communication with the company at all no tracking information paid $13 for express shipping speak of false advertising website says worldwide fast shipping. So not true this had never happened to me I am soooooo down behind it.😪

After buying, I saw so many negative comments, I thought that my purchase would not arrived, but I received it on time, excellent quality, I loved it.

I placed an order on 11th January. I have never received the item. I have emailed you and not had a reply and I have contacted you via your website and not had any response. I have now tried to contact you via PayPal. I would appreciate a response. My next action will be to request a refund via PayPal.

No communication or delivery from this company, ordered a t shirt on 6/12/19, emailed them 5 times, sent a fb messenger chat, no reply to any of them, tried mediation through pay pal and still no reply. Finally got a refund through pay pal.

They never delivered the shirt I ordered. I tried to contact them but they won't respond. I tried to use their "track package " option, but it said that I didn't have an order with them. Strange as they definitely took the money! I requested a refund from paypal. Stay away!!! Seriously just pay 3 more dollars and order from a company with such questionable practices.

Less than 1 star...I placed a order on January 1st, it is now the 10th and no communication from this company at all. No confirmation of order placed, no tracking and no information regarding my payment.
DO NOT BUY FROM REDZILA....save yourself the aggravation.

Orderd stuff on the 6 Decembre and nothing yet not even a tracking number, will try to claim true paypal, never again!!!merry xmas, how to screw up a company

Ordered on 12/7 and still nothing from them. No response after multiple attempts to contact and resolve. Their tracking page does not accept order confirmation numbers. Stay away from this scam site.

A total scam, buyer beware!! Order confirmation never received, account charged via PayPal, bogus usps tracking info provided only after I attempted to dispute weeks later.
