I ORDERED THESE SANDALS MONTHS AGO AND…

I ORDERED THESE SANDALS MONTHS AGO AND FINALLY GOT THEM! THEY SENT THE WRONG COLOR AND THE WRONG SIZE...I AM A SIZE 6 AND THEY SENT SIZE 9. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND AND THE SERVICE IS REALLY BAD! I PAID $40 USD FOR THESE AND REALLY NOT HAPPY!

bad company

I ordered a pair of sandals from this company...they were supposed to be a woman's size 10 1/2..they are so big I cannot even walk in them...I'm guessing they are probably probably a mans size 11 or 12. I want to return them and it seems to be impossible. There was no return address or paperwork included in the package, only a label from Fufillment in California. Don't bother trying to connect with them either. I have spent hours trying to find a way to connect with this company. Apparently that's deliberate. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM REDSTORE. Redstore is 100% unreliable and certainly not honest.They will take your money and run. I'm only out @21.99. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased.

Items not in stock - avoid

advertise items in stock for next day delivery that they dont have. Phone number on website doesnt work. Online ticket system does get a response but they respond and close ticket without answering all of the questions , meaning you have to keep opening more tickets.

This company were great in the 90s which is why I used them. I am guessing they changed owners somewhere over the years and are trading on an old businesses reputation

Promised a refund 7 days ago and still no money, had to file a dispute with bank to recall funds.

Avoid stick with the more well known companies

Avoid this company

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order! These are all true, why charge me for next day delivery and not even bother to start picking an item until 2 days later with no record of when I will receive my item.
I cant even phone them as the system hangs up the call before it is answered.

DISHONEST TRADER - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I received the wrong product which was cheaper than the one I had paid for. I have emailed 4 times and had no reply, I have tried phoning on numerous occasions with no reply. (the phone answers but only plays music while they earn money from the premium rate line!)
This company seems to despatch whatever they have in stock rather than what you have ordered.
Avoid this business at all costs, they are only after your money NOT in customer satisfaction - reading other reviews these ''errors'' seem to occur far too regularily and they avoid any after sales contact.
This is exactly the sort of business which gives the internet bad press!

Order never fulfilled - Avoid this company

12.10.14 I also ordered a 500GB Verbatim HDD and it has not been received or debited to my credit card. Mails to the company have have gone unanswered. I initially had my reservations about this company, it's proved right, so I hope this review saves someone else wasting their time ordering from this company.

Deleted order

Hi,
I ordered 2 500Gb Hard drives after seeing them on UK Hot Deals.
I paid via CC and received confirmation of order. After 10 days I emailed for an order update as my items were showing items being processed.
No reply came- I then checked my account only to find no order showing- Great i Thought, it has been sent out, but no. No sign of my order was showing anywhere in my account- no order- no previous order- nothing, nada. Luckily no CC charge had been made.
Don't use this company- good prices but no good if you don't get the goods.

Utterly atrocious - it doesn't get any worse than redstore AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Order an item paying a premium £8 for next-day delivery - the only reason I chose them was because they offered this service for the product I urgently needed.
They have no support phone that isn't extortionate for mobile numbers (0844), so I emailed them and used their web form to cancel the order since the order hadn't even been processed on the day it was supposed to arrive. The web form sent the email to the *sender* instead of their support (deliberate policy?). So I got an email from me!
support@redstore.com didn't bounce, but no response whatsoever in a week.
Their misnoma "live chat" is clearly being operated out of a morgue as not a dicky-bird in a week, just time outs and radio silence and the website itself looks like it was designed in 1984.
ONE WEEK LATER, it arrives (yes, using a courier - next-day delivery - yes, but if the thing isn't actually posted immediately, it rather defeats the object wouldn't you say?)
Furthermore I think the box contains lots of broken parts. Lots of objects that should be strapped in allowed to "roam all around the plane" so it's probably not even operational.
I'm not going to phone their 0844 number where I suspect I would be on hold for an hour as a further opportunity for them to leach money for their own diabolical gains.
Watchdog, you should do a spot on these guys

They left me out of pocket because of their incompetence

The retailer sent me the wrong item, then demanded that I pay the full cost of returning the wrong item to them. They failed to honour the order at all. So Redstore.com have now cost me £3.65 to not meet the order. I told them a good retailer would offer to pay for the postage given it was their mistake, they told me that this was not their policy.

So there you have it, by their own policy, they are not a good company.

Their customer service responses were largely unintelligible (the first reply I got when I told them they had sent the wrong item was “Please let the item as it is we are working on it and let you an update on the issue”).

They also overcharged on the shipping, given that they charged £6 and I was able to return the items they sent me 1st class, in the same packaging , for £3.65.

I would avoid these guys at any cost. I have nothing good to say about them. Even their website looks terrible, which should have been a red flag for any online retailer.

Avoid like the plague!

Exactly as per a previous reviewer: Terrible customer service, awful website..
Ordered items, which they then claimed were 'out of stock'

Surprise, surprise they then contacted me to offer some no-name dodgy replacement...
Clearly this is strategy they employ to entrap customers with mythical offers..
I will never darken this companies website again - I suggest you do the same..

One to avoid at all costs

Terrible customer service. Claimed item was out of stock when it wasnt and tried to fob me of by charging me the same amount for an inferior item.
After days of them repeatedly making the same offer, they canceled the order.

Unusable website and appalling customer serice

Apart from the appalling webiste the product descriptions on redstore.com are not always accurate or certainly that has been my experience in recent days where I was sent the wrong item

Am not sure where their customer service center is based but their agents do not have a firm grasp of the English language and understandably insist on handling queries by e-mail rather than phone

One to avoid at all costs am afraid - better off sticking with the Amazon's and Scan's of this world even if that means paying slightly extra
