Standards have slipped
I have recommended the Red Robin Bakery to family and friends based on previous service I received. However it appears that the standard has slipped. I ordered a birthday cake for my mother, it was a very special birthday. The presentation and appearance was not the same as on the website. It looked like it was a rushed job. I called the company immediately and was told to email them. I provided photos and a video of the cake I received. Over 2 weeks later I have not received a response.

First time customer. Not disappointed. Left getting a cake to the last minute. Best price for cake size. Best price for quick delivery and everyone said it tasted lovely. Will definitely use again. 👍

The cake was very delicious!
We ordered a cake for 70 people, it was easy to put the order online. The support from what’s app chat was great to choose the right cake. It was ready on time for collection in a proper packaging.

I wasn't sure before I ordered my cake but decided to give it a try because of the reviews about this baker and they offered next day delivery.
I left ordering my birthday cake to last minute and was glad there was somewhere I could get my cake delivered in a few hours.
To the quality of the cake, I say - it's the best cake I've ever tasted.
I used to buy Lola's cakes but because Lola's couldn't deliver in a few hours, I decided to give this a try and must confess I enjoyed it better than Lola's and the size was also very generous.
I've told a few of my friends about this baker.
I will definitely order again.

The cupcakes I ordered for my daughter in law were delicious. Unfortunately the little bottles of gin did not get delivered. I have tried to contact by email and received a generic response. I ordered from Australia via the internet. Ringing direct is not possible. Pretty disappointed.

Perfect!
Easy to order online. The cake came on time, perfect delivery service. You can contact them on WhatsApp, fast reply. The cake was huge! It looked exactly like the picture on the website and it was delicious. Good price too.
