I can't speak highly enough of these guys. Exceeded expectations. Great products back by outstanding service. If you want sunglasses go hear. You won't be disappointed.

I paid £130 for a pair of sunglasses and was sent the wrong pair. Yes they were slightly cheaper on this website than to buy from Selfridges, however it's pointless when they send the totally incorrect colour.

When I raised this to Customer Service- they advised that they had sold out the black sunglasses, that was why they sent me a colour I did not even order!!

I purchased a discount voucher for this company. Their more lower priced stock depleted as soon as it was active and never came back in stock over the voucher active period despite an "alert me when back in stock" facility. I contacted the company for assistance via their site and found the response from the MD and his son breath takingly shocking and the MD emailed very, very personal insults (copying in all of the rest of the staff for good measure). The voucher site refunded me and apologised for my experience with them. I have provided emails to TRUSTPILOT as my review was removed originally following the companys intervention because of a negative review of customer experience. I have been able to prove my review is genuine. I had a terrible experience with this company.

Excellent customer service! Great team! Very helpful! My discount code didn't work, they fixed the problem in no time and even contacted me back in Canada.

Can I pass on my thanks to the team at Red Hot Sunglasses. The delivery and ordering process were 1st class but more importantly the team were quite happy to help me choose the correct glasses based on my needs.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Red Hot Sunglasses to all of my friends, family and colleagues.

I found my perfect sunglasses on this site and delivery was super quick!
After months of owning them and looking supercool I lost my pair of Ray-Bans, I was gutted.
This was until I decided to order the same pair again because they were that good.
I contacted customer service as I couldnt find the exact pair on the website. They asked me to describe them and they replied with a link the the EXACT pair. It just so happened that they had a stock of one pair delivered, HAPPY DAYS!
All ordered with discount offered and back to rocking the ray's.

I recently bought my first pair of expensive sunglasses rom RHS and was extremely pleased with the service I got.

The glasses were delivered the day after ordering but I decided that they were not for me. Contacted Customer Services were very nice and told me to return the glasses and choose another pair.

The second choice came the next day but again I managed to choose a pair that did not suit me. No problem doing a further return.

The staff tried very hard to help me choose and finally my D&G are perfect.

Overall I can't fault RHS and would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying sunglasses.

I recently splurged and bought the Persol “Steve McQueen” PO 714 folding sunglasses in light havana. My lord are they amazing, I've never had such quality sunglasses. I pre-ordered them a week before and was itching everyday waiting for their arrival. On Red Hot's website they said they would be in stock for July 1st... I figured that would be the ship date and I would get them a few days after that. They came two days before the 1st and surprisingly my wait was over! As a photographer, I appreciate light in a slightly different way than most. The enjoyment that I get from those blue-tinted, polarized shades is too immense for words. I completely understand now why McQueen was known as the 'King of Cool', cause when the world you see is blue, it's hard to be anything but cool. These babies are top-notch & when it comes to your face what more do you want than top-notch?

They have a fantastic selection of sunglasses and the website is very easy to use.
I couldnt decided which model to buy so I rang their Customer services department and they were really helpful and knowledgeable.
I bought some Steve McQueen Persol's in the end and they are just the best ever!!
They offer an amazing next day delivery and it is free too. I ordered my sunglases on the Monday and was wearing them by the Tuesday afternoon
