Never again. I can‘t review the event itself. Everything I booked was cancelled one day before (which is really nice when you have to book accommodation and everything) and there was no way to get my money back. Can‘t reach them.
I received a Grouppon Gutscheine as a birthday gift in June 2021. When I wrote to Red Evil Racing the 30 Gutchein min were excahnged by a 20 min drive. When I asked to book the 20 min racing they told me they were overbooked for 2021 and to contact them in April 2022. When I wrote on April 2022 (they did not reply), I wrote again and after 2 weeks they told me that Cologne was overbooked and there was no appointment available naymore there. They also told me they had very few appointments available in cities as far as Berlin or Hamburg.
No other options, no nothing. Customer service does not exist. As they already cash the money last year, they do not bother in offering me any alternative or a solution. A total disappointment, a terrible gift. My friends feel also ashamed they gave me this Gutschein, a very bad idea indeed.
