Easy to order, came to the delivery schedule - no problems

Speedy delivery. Starting to see visible changes to face after 1 week of use compared to seeing no visible change after 3 months of continuous led red light/infra red face mask.

I bought my infrared lamp in July 2022, I bought it in the hope that It would improve my energy. The lamp arrived safely and was easy to set up. It has improved my muscle definition markedly and also my muscle strength (I am 65). My gut health has also improved. I had a CT scan in January 2023, and a follow up appointment on 28th February, I have been told that my internal organs are "remarkable" and have now been signed off after 16 years of cancer treatment and follow up, they no longer need to see me.

Unfortunately I do not have any extra energy and still struggle with fatigue, however I feel this may be due to a heavy metal problem and I am looking at having my mercury amalgams removed. My only negative is that communication could be better from the company, that's the only criticism.

Overall one of the best purchases I have made.

Well-made and designed product, well packaged and promptly delivered. I bought the Helios Focus Handheld.
Most importantly, the light really seems to work on my arthritic finger! I use it for ten minutes a day.

I had problem with stand no screws in box e.mailed company who retuned immediately with a solution would I like a replacement stand as it would be the quickest way rather than sourcing them any other way, stand arrived the following morning.customer services is second to none.excellent would deal with this company again and again.

I bought the helios2 300W a few months ago. Really pleased with the build quality and design. I recommend one of the 3rd party books to establish best dosage distance/time.

I've only just received my 'half-body' light unit and have today done my second session, so I can't review the effects just yet. My 5 stars are for the company. I got the unit from eBay at a much reduced price from their own website, so that was a good start. Then got free delivery and it arrived days before I expected it to. I emailed Dan with a few questions about things I was unsure of, and he replied immediately, in a very informal and friendly way.
If I get good results with this unit, I won't hesitate in ordering a full body unit from them in the future.

I've noticed a couple of bad reviews on here regarding communications, along with Dan's apologies. From my experience, I can only assume that those lapses were genuine errors and are not representative of how this company has functioned for me.

Bought the 1000w over a year ago.
I’d definitely buy from them again.
First one I ordered arrived damaged due to courier throwing it around but it was replaced within a couple days and even collected, emails replied to straight away and very helpful.
I use it everyday for 15 minutes and I’ve never slept so good.
I do feel better for using it.
Main reason was nerve pain and back and joints arthritis that kind of pain.
It has certainly helped and I’d recommend the 1000w full body one to anyone looking.
It has so many other benefits!
I’m sure I look ten years younger😊

And the price is better than any other, the quality is really good well made and strong.

I purchased a series 2 red light panel and it was faulty making alarming loud noise and flashing lights. I purchased off Amazon and wrote a review but this was taken off Amazon, i assume by the company so there's no bad reviews. Which is not fair and means that customers don't get a honest picture of the quality of products or real customer experiences. I already have a large panel from this company but wouldn't purchase anything in the future. Yet to get a reply from my email to Red light therapy uk.

I ordered a full body red light frame and also a stand. I didn’t realise at the time that it was the wrong stand. I asked the CEO Dan if it was possible to send the stand back. He not only replied very quickly but informed me of the best way to do it. These products from this company are very good quality and the customer service is excellent. Red Light Therapy UK products are excellent. What a difference in energy levels. My wife has chronic fatigue and the red light has helped a great deal. It has also helped with my psoriasis and own energy issues in the winter months. Sunlight is great but if you want an efficient dose of red light and near infrared light, the 1500w Helios is the business. Also got a very sturdy stand for it and would recommend highly. Takes no time to complete session with the coverage you get on larger lamp. Worth every penny for one of the best health investments you can make.

I placed an order for the item, but after having been sent an email that the order had finished, the item was not delivered until three months later after several emails chasing it up. Unfortunately, it proved defective and on contacting the company, their response was that as I had had the item in my possession for nearly three months, they were unable to replace or refund it despite the alleged three year warranty. They advised me to go list it on eBay. How dubious! My whole experience has been extremely disappointing and very unpalatable. I would not recommend the company or it’s products. Buyers beware!!!

Good prices with prompt delivery. Very pleased with both the 1500W and 300W lights.

Me being a bit sceptical I email them asking to provide evidence to prove that the devices indeed are 660 and 850 wavelength. I received a quick response with all the certification.
This was a year ago .
When some of leds stopped working
I emailed once again and received another quick response. they had organised for courier to collect and repair my device within 2 days.
And when the parts they were waiting for took too long they sent a brand new device

Excellent customer service and swift delivery of my order.
