I ordered a 1000W red light on back order and was updating once my product was back in stock. Originally there was a bit of back and forth with delivering my product but Dan helped with any concerns I raised and updating me on what was causing the issues. Customer service 10/10 and the product arrived in perfect condition.

Have only used it once - so far so good. Service and delivery was very quick.

I'm amazed at the build quality, pricing and customer service. JOOVV has a serious competitor, at a fraction of the price.

I placed my order whilst the product was out of stock and was kept informed along the way. The lamp arrived within the specified timeframe, when it arrived in stock, it was dispatched for next day delivery and arrived well packaged. In this respect, cannot fault the service provided.
In relation to the product, at this stage I cannot comment on the efficacy of the lamp, as it’s not an instant fix, I will update later. The only observations so far are that there were no fixing instructions, whilst the overdoor option is self evident, the illustration also shows the lamp overhead, with appropriate kit provided, but no guidance on safe placement, loading etc. It certainly would be good if there was a stand available, as the back of the door is not ideal as a permanent option, because it swings from the fixing every time the door is moved, so I am worried about damaging it, although both the lamp unit and the fixings look very robust.

A good service and kept up todate on the back stock and delivery. Product is simple to use.

We found Red Light Therapy UK after quite a lot of on-line research, and it's not that easy to find professional sports therapy red light suppliers in the UK.
Despite expecting possible delays due to covid-19, we placed an order and within a week are now the proud owners of a 1000w Helois led unit.

Ordered the 1500w on back-order. I was a little concerned about paying upfront but they kept me in the loop and my device was delivered 2 weeks ahead of ETA. It was well packaged, easy to assemble and of high quality materials. Using it for thumb tendonitis and knee problems. Red light my knees before bed then when I wake up in the morning they feel almost 100%.

Very quick delivery. Early days so can't comment on its efficacy, but seems a well made unit.

I bought the 1000w Full Panel Red Light Therapy, and although I have only had it for around 10 days, I am very happy with it. I am using it every morning for around 20 minutes, intending to drop back to 15 minutes, but trying to give myself a good start. I just feel the light going into me. Red Light Therapy Uk are a great company to deal with, I back up all the things about best service ever that everyone else has said. However, as for benefits, I feel it is too soon in the game to say much, so I am leaving it here and will post another review in around 6 months to update on my experience.
UPDATE - It is now October, and I have been using my 1000w Red Light since July. I love it, I can't wait on a morning to do my session. I feel energised, small aches and pains diminished, but the best thing for me, which I was not anticipating, was that my Raynauds condition (very poor circulation) has improved amazingly, my deadly white fingers that happen in the colder months come back to good circulation so much quicker, before it took forever to get circulation back. The episodes of Raynauds have also slowed down, and it doesn't happen as often. The Raynauds was really stressful, and troubled me a lot, so to get this good result if super. This is only 3 months in, so I am anticipating other things as my body returns to health. Thank you Red Light Therapy for this great device.

Excellent device. Speedy delivery. The device is high quality...easy to use. The door and hanging fixings are also sturdy. I spent a long time researching red light devices and I am very pleased to find such high quality and at such a reasonable price. Too soon yet to say if it makes me look significantly more youthful! It is relaxing and pleasant to use and did improve my stiff neck. I highly recommend!

The team were really helpful at securing the lamp I wanted. It’s really well built and robust and a much better product than a oreviius one I had.
I’ve been using it for a week now, I’m getting more movement back in my arm, that could be the exercises I’m doing-but I’ve been doing them for months!
I’ve used it on my face too and it seems to reducing my red patches. Fingers crossed for wrinkle reduction!!
But great customer service, feel very confident in the company.

After months of deliberation I finally decided to buy to 1000w device and I’m glad I did. The device seems very well made and much more powerful than my last device (which was also more expensive than this one) customer service was very good and any questions were answered promptly. There was a delay in delivery and I had to wait a few weeks but I was kept up to date with updates. I would recommend this company.
