Transparency is the key to customer confidence
This company promised to help me Recovery my lost funds and transfer the funds to me, they did very well in recovering the funds all credit to them. However, they are not doing a great job when it comes to transferring the funds back to me, they are charging exorbitant fees and keep on making excuses for asking more fees without providing service. Also,the staff members I am workjng with in the process are not so honest and transparent everyone claims to be a senior staff member when they're not. I think they can do better than this.They need to take the importance of transparency very seriously because they serve people who lost assets and their livelihood is at stake.
